This place is okay. Came here with my family and we were able to get a seat very quickly on a weekday. One good thing about this place is that the dim sum hours have been extended. Just like many other places on Valley Blvd. The dim sum here is just okay. Service was sub par. We got seated and it took about 10 minutes before they came to our table to ask us for what type of tea we wanted. The carts came sooner and we had already started eating a few dishes before the tea came. The place wasnt even that busy. The typical dim sum was mediocre but some things that werent good was the "white tofu" with ginger sugar syrup. It still tasted very grainy and not very smooth at all. The chicken feet was fairly decent. The sesame fried balls with lotus seed/paste inside wasnt that good. The sesame seeds on the outside was quite bitter for some reason. The "ha gou" was okay. Shrimp was small and the skin was very sticky. The "tseu mai" was small and didnt have much ingredients in it. Some other places actually place real shrimp on top of it but this place does not. Overall, I would not recommend this place but it is in a very popular plaza and they do get tons of business. Service was sub par. Its been awhile since Ive come here and the decor on the inside has been redone and it looks really nice. The chairs are more comfortable. One weird thing is that as you enter the dining area, the wall on the left does not have dragons on it. It has like two heart shapes or something like that. Weird.

Ok, their Dim Sum might not be 5 Star worthy but the dim sum here sure is above average and decent value as well. Parking in the lot might be a little painful, but you can also park on Garvey just before the entrance. I believe it fits about 3-4 cars. Yes, there is a takeout side just left of the restaurant. You can get lunch, or meat like CharSiu, or of course pretty much any dim sum. If you want baked goods like the coconut bread here, you have to come strategically around 11am or so. Not too early, not too late. Must order: Shumai Coconut Bread Steam Charsiu bao Chicken sticky rice I also have eaten here thanks to my good friend Kong who introduced me to this place. Service is also above average. I would highly recommend any newbies coming here (Oh, you might want to take someone who can speak Chinese just in case) because they dont rush you like some places.

4.5 stars. One of the more expensive dim sum places in the SGV. From 8am-4pm $2.45 for ABC dishes and $2.65 for D dishes. The lobster noodle special is a big hit at this dim sum place. Located in a plaza next to Ledo cafe. Had the dishes that most dim sum places lack like the Liu Sha bao which is the Chinese molten salted egg steamed bun. So good! And they also had the Dan San (fried egg stick with honey). I was ecstatic when I saw that it was available. It was my must have dish next to egg tarts when I was little. One unfriendly server in particular who would completely ignore my friend and I. Eye contact was made but she couldnt bother.

If they dont awkwardly increase the prices, this seafood restaurant will become my most favorite one. Want to breakfast or lunch in weekend? You need to wait very long time, if lucky enough, you just need 50 minutes. I spent my birthday dining there: ordered fish maw soup, ginger scallion lobster (sometime with ye mien/soft noodles), crispy chicken, dim sums, roasted pork, noodles, clam with blackbean sauce

Cheap dim sum on weekdays but they dont taste good. They put too much msg and I got so thirsty afterwards. The parking here is limited and drivers would block the traffic even though everyone is in a hurry during lunch time. Dinner is actually decent here. Not too crowded and often have good deals. The food is actually better at night and unlike lunch time, there are tons of parking.

Not a bad dim sum restaurant in the Rosemead area. The price per dish pretty cheap (around $2). The food is pretty good and well crafted. Service is fast and polite. They have to cover a lot of guests in a short amount of time. The carts come around fairly regularly and you can always flag down a server to get something youre not seeing.

呢间酒楼嘅点心出品系呢附近甘多间最好的,其他酒楼d味道怪怪,一碟蛋挞就可以试出有间茶楼嘅点心有几好啦!黎呢度记住嗌吖!

Was here for Dim sum on a Monday, to my surprise, it was kid of busy. So the service was kind of slow. But the food was extremely salty. Even my aunt, usually she eats a lot more salty than I do also complain it was over doing it with the salt. It was double as bad for me with high blood pressure.

3.5 stars typical dim sum restaurant, but they are one of the only 2 restaurants serving "pork feet stew in sweet vinegar" for dim sum. This dish claims to keep your skin look young. The serving portion is much larger than their competitor. Taste really good.

Im ambivalent about this place. It tastes alright and the prices are cheap, but I feel like I couldve gotten more bang for my buck somewhere else. The parkings also pretty bad on a busy day because there arent many spaces near the restaurant in the parking lot.

Very disappoint! They didnt help decorate the table and Seat on wedding. When i complain it should be include for wedding they said it include but i need to ask for seat cover and table. Otherwise they will not do. They just play around. Really stupid

Bad service, few choices. And the one item they are good for...they are too lazy to make past noon. Why bother coming then if I feel pissed off after every time I eat there.

This is my go-to spot for dim sum. Great prices. On the weekends, dont bother to park in the parking lot. Park on the streets and life will be great again.

This js a mediocre Cantonese restaurant in my opinion. Cheap but the quality is not that great. There room for improvements. Parking can be chaos.

No one speaks English here, its very noisy and loud since everyone is talking, tablecloths are dirty. And if youre not Chinese avoid this place.

Hot, fresh, and yummy dimsum from push carts. Prices are also competitive for SGV. Parking can be difficult on the weekends.

Chinese food was just ok. The shark fin soup was quite bland as was the lobster. Would seek authentic Chinese food elsewhere
