I am a firm person with three strikes you are out type of person.. because all establishments have a hard day... but the first time I went here a few months back... I order a big family deal bucket.. and they were out of mac and cheese and corn.. so I had to get a ton of mash and gravy... then I get home and the chicken was not cooked all the way and EXTREMELY bloody... I called them and they gave me my money back... so this was their first strike.. then a few weeks later.. I go to get a couple of boxed meals and I waited 35 minutes and once again they were out of things.. then I get home and none of the biscuits were in the meal and 2 were wrong with the chicken type... I sucked this one up and dealt with it.. giving this place a second strike... then tonight.. I go and order the new hot chicken strips meal.. and a reg K-12 chicken strip meal.. and a 10 piece honey BBQ wings.. and chili cheese fries for the family.. I waited one hour and ten minutes... and then upon getting my order.. I popped open the boxes to ensure they were right.. and the wings were reg.. and I had to have them get the sauce right.. the nash hot chicken strips were chicken bits.. like popcorn chicken and burned that they tried covering up with the sauce.. then as they were rushing me along.. I seen they forgot the sides.. they all started shoving stuff in the bag.. and I was correcting them as they were giving me too much coleslaw and too much mash and not the mac and cheese... then I was informed they were out of mac and cheese.. I then showed the nash hot chicken to the employee and he claimed it was supposed to look that way... I then asked for my money back and he informed me he couldnt cause the manager was the only one that can do that.. so I paid over 7 dollars for burned chicken... This is the third strike..

I waited in line for a good 15 minutes, which is all fine and dandy, but upon getting to the register, I was treated to literally the worst service I have ever been given. The girl behind the register (Miya) was disgustingly rude and gave me attitude, and also seemed to be struggling with literally the most basic question. I made an excuse in my head for her, just thinking "Oh, she must be having a bad day," So I paid and went to wait. And wait. And wait. I had ordered a sandwich with a cookie and some fries. A simple order, as I well know, as I used to work at a KFC out in Citrus Heights. I shouldnt have had to wait half an hour for my name to be called, but I did, and upon getting to the counter, I was treated to the spectacle of watching one of the employees (Zach or Zack, I believe) drop my sandwich, throw a tempertantrum like a 5 year old, then try to pick up the sandwich and serve it to me. Upon noticing I had watched his explosion, he threw the sandwich away and called back a new one. Without ever saying a word to me. No "Im sorry, sir, but your sandwich will take a little longer", no attempt at an excuse, nothing. After about 15 more minutes, I was called back up to get my food, only to find my sandwich, which I had waited for for about 45 minutes already, was cold. I got up and went to the counter to ask for it to be warmed up, and had to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Once I was, I handed the sandwich over, asked for it to be heated, and sat back down... For another 15 minutes. Then I was called back to the counter for my sandwich, which was finally hot and ready to be eaten. All total, I waited an hour and ten minutes for one sandwich, a small potato wedges, and a cookie. All I can say is that I am baffled.

My normal experience here is okay and the staff is awesome, but I dont know what happened today. Im used to a reasonably long wait (quality takes time) in the drive thru but I just waited almost 30 minutes for ONE BURGER AND FRIES. There were 2 cars in front of me, after waiting 15 minuets for them to park the first car, then another 5ish for the second, they had me park... okay, they needed the time to make my food fresh, right? After gettin home I pulled out a half full baggy of fries, (no bag fries either) and theyre not just cold but soggy. The buger itsself was okay though. Im not mad, but disappointed.

Justin was very helpful and entertaining (he gets 5 stars for service). The ambiance is standard fast food, definitely nothing special, but the location next to River Bend Park (FKA Goethe Park ) makes for a delicious end to a day of rafting. The food is good, however I have an issue with the changes in the naming convention. There used to be a whole family of burgers - Papa, Mama, Teen and Baby burgers. Why did they only keep the Papa? Makes no sense.

I had my father pick me up a kFC Famous Bowl once but I couldnt remember what they were called. So i told my dad those special bowls with the chicken and potatos in it. He came back with a styrofoam cup with torn up bits of chicken at the bottom with a handful of potatos on top and some gravy. Something you would give your dog. I wasnt there, so I cannot blame them for sure, but I think they would have understood what I was going for and that wasnt it.

Wanted to order 3 chicken strips and a soda. I figured Id order the combo, but hold the side as this was less expensive. They could not figure out how to do this on their register. Uh cant they just put the order in with the side then NOT put the side in the bag? Seems silly for me to get the side and throw it away.

I put in an order for a burger meal and a 3 piece wing meal at 912 pm. I know that its late at night so I figured I would have to wait a few extra minutes. It took them 27 min to get my food out. When I did come out my chili cheese fries were cold and my friends wings were cold as well. I guess the wait didnt help.

Usually I dont go to KFC, but when I do theyre generally alright. This one was not. The food took a very long time even though I was the only one there. When I did get my food the chicken was cold and I had 5 potato wedges, that was it. Not even worth it. Wouldnt recommend this location.

The chicken wasnt deep golden brown and crispy like it used to be, the breading was falling off the skin. The biscuits are tiny little dumplings. The mac n chz USED to be half way decent but now its inedible.

I have been at this restaurant twice and the person that waited on me and my granddaughter were friendly. Love the $2.00 root beer floats. Service was good. Food was also good.

Twice now I got home missing two sides. Waited for 18 minutes to get my food. Got home coleslaw missing. Time before, two sides were omitted from my meal. NEVER again.
