Disorganized in kitchen, dirty tables. Fries sat out a good 10 minutes waiting on the burgers. Patties were burned, put together with big hunks of onion, crushed buns and ice cold fries, even after asking for fresh ones. Thought we would try this store since weve had nothing but bad experiences with the one closest to our home (Watt and Elverta) Wondering if they might be owned by the same people.. ?? Even if not, owners may consider starting with a whole new staff with better training.. And stop by your stores once in awhile to check up on your employees.. Just saying....

This place has the WORST service ever! I got there before they closed, the "drive-thru open" lights were on, and then I sat. Their closing time came while I sat at the order box, and I got no service. Then they come out and say theyre closed. I WILL NEVER EAT AT KFC AGAIN! Even the manager is like, "You mustve came at 10:01 when we took our headsets off." No problem. Most of the time the chicken from this particular KFC is old any way. Hopefully their corporate office will look at these reviews and do something about it and teach them some customer service.

Has been great for awhile today I went in menu prices have changed wanted 5.00 box with pop corn chicken wont do that got 1 breast old hard no meat on it if your going to give us only one breast 1 biscuit and 1 little side make sure you put a nice piece of chicken in the box ridiculous!! I got less food poor quality cold or luke warm as usuai I dont get i??. I will not be returning!! A lot of better deals out there then this cold hard meatless mess!!

Tonight is the LAST time we will order from the KFC on Foothills Blvd in Roseville. We have repeatedly had incomplete orders and unfulfilled requests for BBQ sauce, butter and/or honey. AND tonights meal hit a new LOW. The chicken strips/tenders were bone dry, chewy as grizzle (was it microwaved?) and lukewarm. Yuck! It ended up in the garbage can. They have lost our business, thats for sure! Consider youreself forewarned!

Drive thru for a quick root beer float. Watched the girl overfill it then walk over to the sink and pour most of the root beer out and proceed to bring it to the window. As I sit in there dumbfounded at the horrible service and complete lack of care I watch as the foam cleared and revealed a half full at best cup. The ice cream was good but its pretty hard to screw that up. Will never visit again.

Quick service. The staff seemed a little over worked; my mashed potatoes were a little over done and I asked for a drumstick but got a wing instead. . . they gave me my drumstick but I repeated to the person who took my order three times I wanted a drumstick not a wing.
