This KFC/A & W Restaurant is a a filthy place and do not recommend anyone use this restaurant. This is the second time my husband and I have stopped in to eat and use the restrooms. Each time, they are understaffed, poor customer service and no personality. Almost all the tables are dirty and the floors are not picked up and we have to clean our own table if we want to eat on a clean table and seat. The womans restroom is always disgusting. No toilet paper, and if you do find any its on the floor, no paper towels, and the trash is over flowing and yes I saw a cocktail roach walking around the bathroom. We need to complain to the corporate office because this is unacceptable, unhealthy and unsanitary. They should receive a C Rating. Do not stop here. Keep the it moving. This place is a dump.

Terrible service! Went through the drive thru today and was told they couldnt take my order because the drive thru register was broke. I asked if they could just ring it up at the counter and they said only if I came inside. I had my dog with me and said that I could not leave my dog in the car because of the heat and they said they didnt know what to tell me. So I said that they were losing out on an order and that I was taking my business elsewhere. Both the drive thru person and the girl running the counter said "GOOD" go somewhere else. Wow, if I did that to my customers I would not be in business anymore. I will tell everyone I know not to eat at your establishment.

Should have listened to the other reviews...waited over 20 minutes and finally came in and asked about our order and they were just dropping it then...really! We watched several customers behind us leave with their order...after a half hour and getting a bit upset we were offered a cold drink by manager! We will NEVER go back and others should listen to the reviews and maybe they might get some better staff to take care of the customers!

This KFC / A&W combo joint had the standard fare. Staff were friendly, though a bit untrained. I got complimented on my clothes and innocent inquires about why I had so many credit cards. They helped me decide what to order and how to make it a combo to save some money, but then struggled with the cash register and couldnt find me BBQ sauce. Overall Im glad we stopped here for our road trip. They need to add garbages outside.

Not once in the 10 years that Ive lived here have I ever gone to KFC and drove off with my correct food order. I always have to go inside and get the rest of the food that they forgot to put in my bag when I go through the drive thru. However the food is good, but the customer service needs major improvement.

All the tables were dirty, so was the lobby. The staff behind the counter all joking around, to top it off cashier forgot my Corn on the cob, went to the back, and poked his head out and said "One more min" brought it to me In a bag... As soon as I felt it, it was frozen!!

We constantly get mixed up orders and cold potatoes and biscuits. The staff are nice but the food is not up to KFC standards. We even received a feather still attached to a chicken wing . . . that was supposed to be a hot wing . . . 3 bad, wrong items in one order.

Pretty good, food was hot, only thing was that the mashed potatoes and gravy was like 40% potatoe and 60% gravy, portions were small, like the chicken was tinyyy, still ill live, but i did almost eat a lil feather lol, they needa clean their chicken more.

This place is nasty! All the tables were dirty, the floor is sticky, dust and grime on the lamps above the tables. So much for showing pride in your establishment. The sign says "All American Food" more like a dump. The staff was fairly nice tho.

One star isnt even low enough for this place. This is not the first time they have completely messed up the order made us wait 28min to find out they gave our food to some one else! The manager is a complete joke! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

Service is horribly slow, stood in line for 5 minutes behind 10 people and the cashier never appeared. Jumped into an empty drive thru line and it took another 16 minute to get food. I hope this order is close to right :(

Great food. Loved having sugar instead of high fructose A&W rootbeer. A little too sweet, but hey its not toxic. Very friendly staff. I hung out with one of the staff on their break. Were car people. So much fun. :)
