The only thing I eat there is the bbq chicken sandwiches, but lately, if I order later in the day I get it with all kinds of junk from the spoon, chicken, corn, etc mixed into the bbq. Went there today , both sandwiches had fried chicken on the bun with the bbq on top and bottom. I dont eat fried chicken, will not return, lousy service there everytime we go and the food is deplorable. Very often out of what we order and we have to pull over and wait 5 minutes, which always takes more like 30 minutes. Worst run business around, Im surprised they are still open. They need training and new management. My husband heard the manager make a derogatory comment about him after he asked to speak to the manager and manager told him he would personally take food to the car, he didnt, he had an employee bring it out 30 minutes later. Wont go back.

Horrible, horrible place to eat!. We have given them too many chances thinking that it was just a bad day for the food. Service is slow, some workers have an attitude and the food is something to be desired. One time in there my husband was given a chicken sandwich that was full of bones. Tonight about 8:45, they dont close till 10, I got home with an 8 piece bucket. There were 2 breasts in it and 7 pieces that were unknown to me as to what they were. Pieces the size of a silver dollar with bones sticking out all thru it. This is unacceptable! I understand it is close to the end of the night but with over an hour to go this should never have been served to me. Taking it all back tomorrow to get my money back. Didnt even want to give them 1 star but it wouldnt let me post without it.

I live nearby seems to be a business practice of this location to not have chicken ready to sell hot and ready sometimes more than an hour before closing. Tonight no different. I walked into the lobby and really before i even discussed what i wanted to order the guy behind the counter was opening warmers telling me that they were short on everything and i would have to wait 30 mins. if i wanted any kind of meal with still a little more than an hour left before they closed. Im not sure if anyone higher up has trained this store this way but it doesnt seem to be a great business plan.

Ok...so...2 hrs before closing resturant was completely empty only 1 table clean limited food available only that which was remaining which i might add was old and rubbery....my family and i chose to stay....my bad....as we were leaving half hour before closing they turned away incoming customers....They were still open....i dont think business owners would approve...this is not how good customer service is conducted....i have been on the road all day twice in one day weve experienced terrible service....

Worse service ever my food got cold they took for ever to make my food even left one of my trays on the front counter while they prepared rest of my food it sat there for 5 min getting cold and there was 2 different people making my food one was even working register. Also they microwave thier hamburger meat there so its not even fresh and to re heat fries they just put old fries back in oil they tasted stale very dissappointed will be calling coorperate

Hands down the worst KFC ever! They rarely get the order right, they run out of basics like mash potatoes and corn during off peak hours but dont bother to tell you until after youve ordered and paid, soda ALWAYS taste weird. I live right around the corner and have given them multiple opportunities to change my opinion of their product and service, but still get utter disappointment. Surprised this location manages to stay open!

They did not listen to the request for a bucket of original and grilled chicken for the family bucket. Had dinner in the restaurant however you can not spoon gravy with a spork. Will not be doing the dine in or even to go dinners for a very long time to bad the dinner matched the customer service it was lacking in service

Has a drive thru. Great food, location and customer service. Great place to eat. Never really busy. Easy access from the main street plus it has a A&W attached to it. Good customer service. But it becomes a hangout when Sylvan school gets let out. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

Definite improvements to the food and service here. Hard to beat the $5 Fill-ups for value. Sits across the street from Sylvan Junior High, so a number of students wander in once school is out but their behavior is pretty good. One of the few KFCs in the area with outdoor seating.

Always a very long wait because they never have chicken or strips ready. And if you order both chicken strips be prepared to wait even longer because they will prepare one after long wait then tell you oops have to wait again. Because we didnt prepare the other one.

Continually getting wrong orders. Tonight was told to pull over, order would be ready in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later had to go in to get order. Other couple asked for money back. Will have to find another location for better service.

Good food, but always seems to be understaffed with a long wait. Radio speaker in corner dining area full of static, gave me a headache after a while. Asked the staff to turn down the radio but they immediately forgot.

Every time I go there. They do not have food prepared. Especially the chicken or pot pies. They dont even offer for you to wait while they prepare it. Ive been forced to drive to another location.

We will be using another location as it seems that they dont know how to have the chicken cooked, knowing they have a special going on. Last 3 visits have been out of the original chicken at 6 pm.

Only ordered two things and had to wait like 15 minutes I was the only one waiting for his food but then again the drive through was busy.. So It was not bad and the food was ok.

I am not a fan of this location. The chicken is almost always dry and tastes old. I also have noticed that it is not at a warm enough temperature. Dont waste your time.

Service was okay but they always seem to be out of certain chicken and not prepared it has taken them well over 10 minutes to fry a batch cause they where unprepared.
