Absolutely horrendous. Watch your credit card for double charges. Not only did they forget items from my to go order, but they double charged me and when I called for a refund, they acknowledged they were aware that they had double charged me and said they "suppose" they could refund me for the second charge, but gave no indication that they were going to do so. When I reminded them they were required to do so BY LAW (this is theft), they told me "fine, we can do that" but I had to come back to do the refund, which also defeats the purpose of a to go order. When I got there they refused to refund my card, and insisted on giving me cash instead. As I just moved here my bank is out of state, so what good does having cash do me if I have bills to pay and you cant mail in a cash deposit to a bank. One final item of note, Ive never had a problem with other branches of wingstop in the past, so I thought it likely that their corporate office may want to know of the issues with this store. I tried to file a complaint on their website FIVE TIMES (yes, really), and every time you hit the send button, their website crashed. Then I tried to call their "contact us" phone number - the offices were, of course, closed, but when I tried to leave a message, TWICE, it cut me off after my name. Since I cant tell corporate about their problems, the customers may as well know.

I love this wingstop! The food is always super good and most of the staff is awesome, nice, speedy and helpful. However, the last few times I have been in, I have been helped by Gabriela and she is aweful. Extremely cold and not friendly or personable at all. I always start with a hi and get no response back. No pleases or thank yous. She needs some serious training in my opinion.

I am obsessed with this Wingstop. Their food is always fresh and seasoned to perfection. The staff is typically very friendly and I order ahead so its ready when I go in! Definitely take advantage of ordering online or on your phone so you never have to sit in waiting for your food. It typically takes about 20 minutes and it will be ready for pick up!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The wings werent too greasy like the other reviewers had mentioned. They were made perfectly. Everyone in there was super friendly/helpful. The quoted time for my food being ready was 12 minutes and they actually got it to me in less than 10 minutes. I am definitely going back soon.

I ordered the 10 piece meal. The worst! Completely oversaturated with oil. There was so much grease at the bottom of the basket at least a quarter of an inch deep, you couldnt taste the flavor of the chicken. Even a bucket of kfc had less oil on the bottom. The worst!!!

For the first time, I bought boneless wings from this location and they were without enough sauce, very dry and too crunchy, like too hard. I normally get wings from here and normally theyre fine. Today I waited about a half hour and wasnt satisfied with the food.

I had a really bad experience here where they left several items out of my bag after forgetting to fill my order. I had called agead and they still didnt have it filled 30 minutes later. They did redeem themselves the next month and food was great!

Its a Wingstop. You know what youre getting. PRO TIP: You can always ask for plain wings and get the sauces as dipping sauce so when dining you can chose how many of what flavor you chose instead of deciding before you dine.

Worst one yet. Im a big fan of wingstop but this one was disgusting. Over salted and over cooked frys. The teriyaki flavor tasted super bitter and the parmesan was just pain disgusting. I will never come here again.

Delicious crispy wings in a variety of flavors. They take like 16 minutes to prepare but the wait is worth it. This location is smaller but decent amount of seating. Clean and good service.
