Drove 20 minutes to get dinner for my family. Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders mild, they gave me spicy. Im 9 months pregnant and get heartburn easily. I cannot eat spicy food. Plus, my 16 month old cannot eat spicy chicken, so he and I did not eat dinner. The spicy chicken tenders they gave us were not even fresh. They were old. Then I ordered a chicken poboy with a large mash potatoes and gravy with an extra side of gravy. The poboy was not fresh either and the side of gravy that they charged me 2.19 for was like a quarter of the container filled! Absolutely absurd! We eat here a lot, and this never happens. Im not sure who is in charge tonight, but I am furious! I called and they didnt answer, I had to leave a message. I highly doubt theyll call us back! I didnt know I needed to check my food for freshness before heading back home!

Awful. Was told my food would be 3 more minutes, after waiting 5 already, no big deal. Over 10 minutes later, I had to leave so I wouldnt be late for a work appointment. When I went for a refund, I was only given a partial refund. They had the nerve to charge me full price for the soda I drank while waiting, which was also up sized without my permission. At the time, 50 cents didnt matter, but after waiting 20 minutes to leave hungry and be charged the full, large drink price for my troubles, it is infuriating to say the least. Never eating at this Popeyes again and I urge everyone to watch your receipts for up sizes you didnt request.

They are very slow if you go through the drive thru. Every time I go I have to wait, pull around front and wait, and wait, and wait. I usually wait up to 15 minutes then get out and go in. The staff seems totally uninterested in the fact that youve been waiting almost 20 minutes after going through the drive thru. Once, ok. Twice, maybe. Its happened about half a dozen times. Been there several times when they were out of chicken. I only go there if I really really just want Popeyes, I weigh the craving over how much I want to deal with that day. My opinion, this store is poorly managed. Food is hit or miss.

01/11/2017 They miss up my order. I ordered 8pcs meal that comes with biscuits and added 2 extra. I was charged for it but when I got home turned to be only 8 pcs (NOT FRESH) and only 2 biscuits. I called to complain but the lady on the phone trying to convince me that it was my mistake and I had to be more spisific in my ordering. What more spisific than ordering from their menu. Bad food, service. I used to like their food but after this time. I wont go again..

Mika the general manager doesnt want to act like a person and refund someone when you didnt let them know there wasnt mild chicken ? Some older people really cant eat spicy but its true if your not black shes going to give you attitude unlike the lady in front of me who got her full refund for the same exact reason as me ? Terribly slow for how busy they were. Took 22 min to get our order. Then the fries were cold and soggy. Every table in the dining room was dirty which I could understand if there wasnt an employee standing around playing on their phone. Will be sure to advise my friends and family to avoid this place.

To start the restaurant was an ice box it was unbearably cold the manager was verry rude to me when I was ordering and snapped at me twice they didnt have any of the drinks I wanted food was way over priced they didnt have butter for biscuits never coming here again and would not recommend going here

Went to the drive thru and they said fries where going to take 4 minutes I said it was ok I wanted fries anyways. Long story short, I waited more then 10 minutes and the fries where still cold!!! I dont get it wasnt it supposed to be warm because it was fresh? I guess not

The chicken wings are very fresh. I like the crispy skin. Not sure how do they seasoning the chicken wings but i ate 4 pieces while i dont usually eat chicken wings that much.
