wanted mild tenders they informed me all they had left was spicy maybe there was a reason they couldnt offer to cook more Mild if so they didnt tell me. all they said was sorry we are out of Mild tenders. I dont understand why they didnt offer to cook more mild tenders. Not blaming the employees. maybe they not allowed to cook more chicken after 8:45Pm even though they dont close until 10PM? Doesnt make sense to me. sounds more like they just dont feel like cooking more chicken. I ended up buying les than I went in for so drove to chicken barn to get nuggets my opinion is they just dont feel like cooking more chicken I dont think ill be going to this popeyes anymore. Almost every time I go here I have a problem. In my opinion the employees here are lazy and rude, I also tried to contact Popeyes company but apparently they also dont care about there customers because they wont respond. Only reason I keep going to Popeyes is their food is so Good BUT their customer service sucks. And the food is WAY too expensive for the hassle. and lazy ness. JKW.

Quality Flavor Cajun Style For years Ive eaten Kentuckys famous plain or crispy fried selections. My taste buds have evolved so prefer my chicken & sides served up hot n spicy. The fast-food atmosphere is found here as in all establishments fitting the category. Though the place is always busy, Ive always found a table, however, rarely ready for a new guest. I know how to wipe off a table myself. Im met with long lines every time even though staff is plentiful and busy. This place is proof that great tasting food can be enjoyed even if eaten on limited seating. Here, an offering of patience allows taste buds to be rewarded. Patience & Kindness are foreign concepts, in a world where anarchy can strike at the blink of an eye...

As most people know I am a spazz on my own time so when I couldnt find my credit card at the counter it was no surprise to me though I had hoped the food that I Ordered hadnt been placed down yet... and it seems lucky for me... That my card was simply hidden behind another card and the counter girl Sydney I believe was her name was very pleasant very polite and very commiserate with my spasticness... and although I still have yet to make it home theres no doubt in my mind that my order will be perfect and my food will still be hot thank you so much Sydney and Amanda for making my visit Pleasant after a long and very hot day

Food is always great but their customer service is TERRIBLE!! They rush you through your order by saying "is that IT" repeatedly, then ask you to pull forward because it will be a few minutes (which really means ten to fifteen). They consistently forget to put sauce and utensils in the bag, dont say thank you or theyre sorry. I called the corporate line, and they dont offer to do ANYTHING for their customers besides report it to management. Unfortunately even though the foid is good, I will not be returning... GET WITH IT POPEYES!

Just left the drive thru at the modesto location, will never go back! Their food is awesome, customer service sucks! While ordering, the lady cut us off & gave us a total before we were done, then when we get to the window, the entire crew is huddled together gossiping loud enough for us to hear. Our order is literally thrown into a bag & isnt even hot. Im extremely disappointed because their food is 10x better than KFC, but when it comes down to it, KFC has better service hands down. Hope this is reviewed & things change.

The customer service is very inconsistent! Not to mention 8 out 10 times weve had to wait for chicken..This isnt always at dinner time..Appear to have ample amount of bodies on any particular shift..Seems chit chat is winning over customer service..Ive seen as many as 7 employees on deck various times..With that amount of help things should be running much more cohesively youd think! Want them to get it together my family loves their chicken!!

Not a bad place for a quick lunch. The food is pretty fresh, instead of it just sitting around getting cold while waiting for you to order. The service is so so, but it is a fast food place, so you get what you pay for. The prices can be a bit much, but overall not bad. It offers a different selection over KFC which is great too.

Always good. Great customer service. Will hardly get an order wrong. Just make sure to make it clear on how many sauces you want and if you want honey. They usually never include the honey unless you ask. Besides that, my favorite popeyes in all of the central valley.

I always go there for the Shrimp Po Boy - large portion of shrimp for less than $5. Good sides, and of course if you like chicken, this is some of the best fast food options chicken there is, with the possible exception of the Costco rotisserie chicken.

People were very friendly fast service. Seating inside for 20+, not 3 ! I had take out the, my side were stacked in the bag on there sides? Every thing was mixed together in bottom of bag !?! Was my first time there, good Chechen is all I can say !

If you are in a hurry when you eat here, forget it! The drive thru line is excruciatingly slow. Plus, plan on getting accosted by beggars while you wait. Want to eat there? Forget it. Their dining room has seating for 3.

Lines are usually insane during peak hours, but at this point, its to be expected. Staff is always courteous and apologetic when necessary, so its not too bad :)
