This was from observation. The customer in front of me was ordering and the Assistant Manager was helping the customer. The customer wanted to replaced his corn with the green beans. She was not understanding. one of the cooks from the back had to come out and help because she was not understanding. smh! and also she kept on going to the lobby because her boyfriend was there waiting this whole time. she did not help out her crew team at their rush hour but was out there tending to the friend or boyfriend that was there. horrible place to be at.

I went to this Kfc about a year ago, the wait was too long so it took until now for me to return. They have to have new management, the place had done a complete 180. Not only did I get my food before I could put my change in my pocket,but the food was hot and delectable. The staff was energetic and friendly and gave me great service. I have been looking forward to my next visit ever since.

Terrible customer service from the employees especially the manager. The cashier, who seemed to be the manager had a terrible attitude and you could see in her face her disgust at being there. Not friendly. Some customers were standing there waiting for them to put toilet paper in the restrooms and the employees were just talking and giggling. Will not return to this place.

The staff here is very professional and extremely friendly. You can tell they have very high customer service standards. I always get overwhelmed when I go into a KFC because their menu is rather extensive. The gentlemean who helped me at the register was kind enough to let me know the available specials and asked if I was eating for myself or others included. Impressive.

I decided to try this KFC when I got a coupon in the mail. I went in to use the coupon, and after ringing me up, the cashier told me it would be a 18 minute wait for the chicken. Could have told me that before she rang me up, but I waited since I didnt want to hold up the line. Chicken was good, when we got it, but there was no apology or compensation for the wait.

This was one of the worst fast food places ever. Took 36 minutes to get an offer. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and got a single cheese burger. Ice cream machine didnt work so no root beer floats. People had to get their money back because their lunch break was over and still didnt have food. If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE!

I go to this KFC, because when I have a craving for some chicken, it is the closest thing to work. Low rating is for the large amount of homeless people and panhandlers that surround the establishment, asking for money as you make your way in, and also inside. The smell can be overwhelming and the staff and management are fine with it.

Slow service, food not that great. Didnt get all my order, didnt want to drive all the way back nor did i want to call and let then know of there mistake. Its always the same service hate i even went back! Slow, bad customer service, long wait time and never clean

Garbage ,garbage, garbage!!!! Is all I can say!!! Worst kfc Ive ever been to. The chicken was soggy, mac and cheese cold, and gravy tasted like water . The worst part is I waited for 20 min.. Dont go here if you can avoid it, save yourself the disappointment .

The customer service was good... but this place is always out of everything. They have been out of Mac and cheese and extra Christy and pot pies an just about everything at one point. I just waited 30 min for the extra crispy to be made.

Quick $5 meal, usually done right, although unhealthy if frequently consumed. A combo restaurant with A&W fare. Counter staff changes a lot and is reflected in efficient prompt service.

After having not been to a Kentucky Fried Chicken for over 10 years I stopped in to purchase the gold nugget wings and they are excellent. They were extremely hot and made to order.
