I had a party for 17 at my home. I wanted to make enchiladas as everyone loves them, but I didnt want to make all the things to go with them. I love El Pollo Loco food so decided to order from the cater menu - and got a tray of chicken, rice, beans and salad. Tortillas were included along with plates, napkins, eating utensils and serving utensils! I was totally impressed. Also packets of "wet wipes" were included. I would definitely do this again --- everyone thought the food was great and we all loved it. Oh - and because I had never made an order like this online, I called in the afternoon to make sure they had the order and that it would be ready - and was told yes & yes!!! Perfect!

Today about 8:40 pm I walked in to ask for an aplication the lady in the register was smiling and great she told me that she was not sure about if they have any aplication she went to ask if so she came back if say we dont heve any or even hirin as the expirience I have as managment it is sad to me seem the people working as managers and not havig the knoledge its AGAINST THE LAW TO DENAI AN APLICATION TO ANY ONE

I was there couple of times and all the time customer service personal are very unfriendly. They wont take there coupons, dirty talking to customers, and Dirty place. I do NOT recommend to go to there. They have to change there customer service personal... MANAGEMENT OPEN your eyes who you hire to work... You loosing customers....

Tostada Salads here are absolutely awful compared to other el pollo locations. Everything but the chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a couple of hours before being served, completely cold and stale shell. Im sure the chicken here is still great though as the chicken on the salad tasted great.

A guy took my order. He offered me many things and explained what was inside all the food since it was my first time. The ultimate burrito was delicious and the service was outstanding. I was even offered a treat during my visit. Definitely coming back soon.

This location is the worst. Go to Madison and I80 or choose something else. Absolutely horrible. Old and dry chicken in the tortilla roll ups, cillantro when asked without. Just give up. Change the name to El turkeyheads instead...
