This place is a pig sty! We have a wonderful, tasty, clean Panera Bread in Redlands, but went to this one before the McCallum Theater. We took relatives from Australia and had been bragging about Panera! One guest got his food at least 45 min before anyone else. One dish that was brought was the wrong order. This was our second time here and we had forgotten how bad this place was. It was filthy. The only saving grace here was the manager "Judy" who kept apologizing and tried to make things right. However, even Judy seemed to be oblivious to the fact that everyone should be served at the same time. Suggestion: Someone needs to call the health department and they should shut this place down. Just want you to know that in my life, I have never ever written a critique like this EVER! So sorry to have to do write something so negative but it is the truth. Also, my panini sandwich was dry, some kind of dry old vegetables were thrown on it and it was tasteless and unedible! Lynda in Beaumont, California

My family and I are regular customers at the La Quinta store. We noticed a big difference with the service at the Palm Desert location. The counter server that took my order could have repeated back my order so that we could have made sure that I got the right food for my family. I was given items that I did not request and was not offered butter. Thanks to JOSE, he made sure to make it right without a hesitation. JOSE you saved the day! Excellent customer service and caring attitude :)

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR SOUP WITH THE FRONTEGA CHICKEN PANNINI YUMMMMM.... I have a bit of a routine here. LOVE that when the line is long and I know exactly what I want I can just walk in and use the machine, free wi-fi and a wonderful place to sit and work. I have meeting here, meet with clients, lunch with friends or quiet time to myself. One of my favs!

Food is always delicious. Thats not my problem my problem is the fact that you can no longer check out from buying a product without them asking you before you pay you have to answer a question on the keypad. And the question is do you want to tip your server..... Not into hard liner sales tactics when Im just trying to get a bite to eat. Hence the 3 stars.

Ive never had a bad meal from Panera Bread. Ive tried many salads and sandwiches and love them all. My favorite soup is the broccoli cheese and I love the bread they serve with soups & salads and usually take a loaf home with me for salads at home. Ive always had good service too. Its one of my favorite places to eat.

Love Panera! Consistently good food and great service. Usually get Greek salad and add grilled chicken to it. Chicken is always tender and tasty. I also ask for extra pickled onions in it. Theyre soooo good, if youre into onions! Large candy cookie is delicious too.

Apparently, if you ask for butter for the roll you were given to go along with your $14 lunch, the staff has been instructed to look at you like you just told them you want to murder their children. Never again, and.. never got the butter I asked for nicely.

Favorite Panera Bread anywhere! Great service and friendly staff plus a wonderful patio makes this our Favorite spot to come for a Sunday breakfast bite. The recent addition of the armchairs inside make it even more relaxing.

Man this place is so delicious. Tastes just like the Panera in Palm Springs. Also tastes just like the Panera in Portland. Extremely similar to the 8 Paneras in Phoenix. Like extreme similarities. Like exactly the same.

Not much variety. The staff can be helpful but this is not much of a place for people who are looking for a truly home cooked meal or people with dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, or etc...).
