Had mediocre experiences before. Forty five minute deliveries. Warm pizza, not hot. After tonight, Im done with Pizza Hut. Over an hour for delivery on a non holiday Wednesday night after 6 PM. Theres no excuse for that. On top of which at no time did anyone bother to inform us that there would be 100% increase on wait time over what we were told online. Poor customer service, slow service, mediocre food. Called in after forty minutes. Was on hold for three minutes. Was told the delivery was out and would show up any minute. Ten minutes later, I called again. Two minutes on hold again. This place is a joke. They get a free star because of the three other mediocre services.

This place is a joke theyve managed to mess my pizza up 3 times already not only that but the skills they have with the pizza is ridiculous I called them to let them know the pizza I got from them was smashed into a half pizza the lady that answers gives me attitude like really? Its your job to make what we order right (?) I wish I could give this place no stars this is my last time ordering from this place Ill post the pizza I got from them so they can see how talented they are with the pizza.... (THIS PLACE BLOWS)

I ordered a pizza on the phone and i thought it was wierd when the snotty girl on the phone tells me it will be an hour and fifteen minutes... But o well just figured they were busy.... At one and a half hours later i called them up and the snotty girl ince again told me ... O well its on its way... My pizza got there at one hour and fifty minutes.... Blame me for not leaving a tip...

I call and get food from them all the time, but this 1 time I called in the afternoon. My food was a hour and 45 mins...late and the delivery guy didnt give me all my change and lied and said my said my son said for him to keep 2$ of my change. I spoke to the shift manager and she was very rude. I will not be ordering from them again unless I pick it up..

Terrible customer service, people that work there dont have any experience to run a business, dont order your pizza at this place and dont even go there. They dont deserve your bussines. I was try to order a pizza was asking for the price she didnt want to say. Becarefull dont get surprise when pay.

If i could rate this zero stars i would everytime i mean Everytime they say they close at 12 am it seems they always close at 11pm its sad if your not going to stay open till 12am then make your closing time 11pm will be speaking to a manager about this ridiculous matter

Ordered online for carry out and arrived at expected completion time to everything prepared as requested. Great customer service from friendly staff and didnt have to wait long at all. Had a great family dinner.

Waited 10mins just to be recognized! They said it would take 15-20mins but it took 45mins. After getting home we discovered they gave us 2 pepperoni pizzas which is NOT what we ordered!!!

My pizza is cold every time I get it. Its hard to pull apart and my pizza is never cut all the way through and it literally take me two phone calls to get my order correct
