Eating healthy is always a goal in our house. But going to buy fresh, organic groceries twice a week and then still needing to prepare everything was taking over all my time. By the time I finish shopping, cooking, eating then cleaning its almost time to do it all over again! So my husband and I ordered the standard meal plans from Modern Proteins and wow! We are so happy with the variety of healthy meals delivered fresh and ready, my husband even now takes them to work and his coworkers are signed up too. I have lost 4 pounds and my husband has gained muscle! The food is delicious and service is impeccable! Thank you!

I was in prep for a Mens Masters Physique contest when I had to attend a conference in Las Vegas. My biggest concern was what was I going to do about meals. Modern Protein to the rescue! They custom prepared all my meals for the 8 days I was in Vegas and delivered them to my hotel! The food was great and the portions were consistent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My biggest concern was more than taken care of by them! Thanks so much for your help! I will definitely be using your services again when Im back in Vegas!

I order deliveries to LA and they always come on time. Customer service is great--staff is always courteous & helpful. Portions are sizable and balanced with good quality ingredients. There are several main portion/side item choices, which keeps dishes versatile & interesting. Prices are affordable, especially for the quality. Im always really busy to cook, and since ordering meals I definitely go out to eat less and feel much healthier.

My boyfriend and I live very busy lives so when we get home, the last thing we want to do is cook and clean. Instead, we get weekly deliveries from Modern Proteins. Sometimes we sit together and eat, I grab them for after the gym (they come in really nice, convenient packaging), and he takes them to work for a healthy lunch. Theyre super high in protein, always fresh, and super tasty! We love Modern Proteins!!!

Only five stars for Modern Proteins! The food is delicious, and they keep the meals interesting with a variety of sides and flavors. The high protein keeps me full and energized throughout the day and for my workouts. I feel great! And getting these healthy meals delivered has definitely been a huge part of my success and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a healthy and convenient way to eat clean.
