Slow service with no customers. Had to tell two people what my order was cold with old ingredients. Incompetent servers didnt even know how to roll my burrito, it was falling apart. Very rude attitude from my server. When asked if it was the correct way to make my food, he every place is different. I guess the difference here is that other stores care about their service. Paid 11.00 dollars on poorly prepared garbage. I wont be coming back.

When i came in i was going to order my food but then me and my boyfriend saw the brown rice it looked old and dry like it was setting there for while because the cilantro was dark almost black the young black lady who took our order was the manager we told her she responded back with a attitude saying it was going to take a while and she was rude it was upsetting especially her being a manager on duty and giving really bad costumer service

The food was skimpy in serving and horrible in taste, including bone fragments in my food. The servers were not communicating well with each other. Atmosphere-wise, it was entirely too cold. It was clean. Out of the MANY visits to this company, this was both the worst overall and worst location. I expected better.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The manager has the courage to talk bad to me just because I complained because they did my order wrong. The manager name is Megan Randolph. She is the most disrespectful woman ever. She is not fit for her position.

The food sits out long and the young woman serving me had her work gloves on (that she touches food with) and was grabbing items beneath the take with the food, to me that is just really unsanitary So never going there again. They seem inexperienced with their jobs.

One of the better chipotle Ive been to, most of the time when there is a crowd rush I either dont get much of anything or they mess up my order but when this location has a crowd rush they always seem calm and help everyone fast and correct.

My wife and I have gluten and dairy allergies and this chipotle went above and beyond to accommodate us. They changed gloves and speeds for all of the food we requested. Great restaurant excellent customer service!

Love the delicious inexpensive healthy fast food. Love being able to change it up. I love their rice bowls and burritos. The barbacoa meat is the bomb. Its so flavorful and seasoned perfectly.
