As all other paneras, the food is always great and always tidy. This particular location seems to be a lot busier than others Ive visited. I was constantly seeing cars pull up and food be dragged out on a flatbed for catering events. Before I came to this location I was unaware that they offered catering, definitely would be a great place to get food for office parties. As far as the menu goes it is quite large. Offering sandwiches, paninis, soups, salads and fresh baked goods. If youre unfamiliar with the items or are just indecisive they offer a choose two meal and lets you pick half orders of two items.

I love coming here for lunch or dinner when Ive got meetings or business to handle on my laptop--free wifi! :) The staff is super friendly! Which is perhaps one of the main reasons I come back to this particular one. Sometimes it gets a little crowded, but all for a good reason--its a great place! Their soups, salads, and pastries are delicious! I havent tried anything that I didnt like from Panera, so if you havent been there yet--GO! :)

Just one tricky thing about this Panera... they are plagued by the local prevailing winds and location of their dumpster - which is directly southeast of the front door in the parking lot. The fumes blow in the door - and the whole dining room smells like dumpster! Sorry guys - service and food couldnt be better... but the smell almost made us walk out. Perhaps an air curtain on the door?

Eh. Im not sure why people rave about Panera so much. Its okay. I mean this location is a lot better than the other locations Ive been to around the valley. Foods alright. I mostly come for inexpensive cups of tea. Foods not bad, I just hear a lot of hype about Panera and it doesnt really live up to its name. Sandwiches can be compared to Starbucks sandwiches. Overall great location

The last few times I have been in this Panera I have seen the same two people who have always been kind and wonderful when I walk in. I dont remember her name or his name but they usually work mornings during the week and until 1 when I go for lunch. I just want to say thanks for all your hard work and always making me feel welcome. You guys make that place great! ❤

Food is good, though I feel the price is a bit high for the amount you get. Atmosphere is typically on the quiet side even though its a popular place. The menu seems limited however they will make whatever you ask for as long as they have the ingredients. 4 out of 5 stars only because I feel the prices should be just a touch lower.

Stopped in to chill after having a small accident on 215. Staff is great, food was great and location is huge compared to other Panera locations. Very good tea options. Often overlook this place eventhough it is conveniently located on my way to work. Will be stopping in more often.

Panera bread has fantastic food options. Some of my favorite is the bread bowl and spinach artichock. They have fast service and this place can be a quick bight to eat but at busy times during the day can tend to be slower. The staff is great and will make you leave satisfied.

Absolutely love panera bread. The location at 9911 s eastern road is the one I go to because its close to work. Just a couple things... I noticed lately the bread is often burnt and stale. The bread at other panera bread places seems so much better. Please fix this!!

I always feel rather like I am in a cafeteria when I come to this restaurant. There is something about the layout, temperature, and noise level that is not appealing. Having said that, the food is fine and the staff are friendly.

Ive always liked this place but recently the staff seems to care more about what they did last night than taking your order. The food is always good but they are there to do a job, not hang out with friends. Save that for break

This location is always crowded and often run out of favorite lunchtime items like the broccoli cheddar soup. My sandwich was sloppily put together. I prefer other locations where they can handle the rush a bit better.

They once gave me a free coffee! Its also clean, professionally staffed, and has all the Panera favorites well sticled and prepped. Gets supper busy during lunch, and does not have as many outlets as oyher Paneras.
