I just got my order. I ordered a 20oz cherry Pepsi online and I get a call saying they were out (witch I get it happens) but they did tell me they had it in a 2 litter. Well Im a delivery driver and I know the curious thing to do would be to offer the 2 litter first for free because that was the stores fault for being out. But they Said no and that they would have to cancel my order and recharge my card I said forget it and asked for just a normal 20oz Pepsi. Thats fine it happens i get what I paid for. Than the delivery driver knocks on the door I answer very happy saying hello hows your day? He didnt say one word to me ( Im not kidding he didnt say I have an order for blank he didnt say hello nothing. He hands me the receipt to sign. (Like i said Im a driver so I know tipping is a must) so I tip him and sign then being nice because I thought well maybe hes having a bad day. I wrote smile and then your happy face at the bottom of the paper. I handed him the receipt upside down so he wouldnt see it until you walked away. But before you handed me the food he looked at the paper looked at the tip and looked at the smilie rolled his eyes and then pretty much threw my food in me. And walked away. Im just in shock. I cant believe the employees treat there customers like that. I really hope they were having a bad day and not always like this.

I order 3 items and the delivery guy showed up with 1 pizza. I asked where the other items were and he said... not his deal, he had to go, call the store and ran off. Very classy... When I ordered today, I changed the delivery address and unknowingly to me, the system deleted 2 of my items, kept the one pizza I ordered but deleted the deal for it and charged me for every topping. A large pizza that was suppose to be 11.00 dollars was turned into a 22.00 pizza, all because I changed my delivery address to my home address. If the process of changing a delivery address will ONLY cause 2 items to delete and keep 1 item but delete the "DEAL", change the online message to that. It said that THE ORDER could possibly be deleted if I changed address, not just a few items and all discounts. Ridiculous. I also called the store to let them know and the guy "John"? kept saying it was the websites fault and they have nothing to do with it. Well, the store and the website are all part of the same organization. Practice some good customer service, and please have your employees practice it also.

Food poisining!!! Ordered pizza thursday night, all 6 of my family members including myself were sick by Friday afternoon. Throwing up, fevers, headache, etc. Took 2year old to hospital saturday told dr. Everyone was sick, I thought it was a bug. Dr said it was very unlikely for everyone to be sick like that all at the same time, asked what my son had eaten and if everyone ate the same thing, said it was more than likely food poisoning, and I should call pizza hut to report it. Called today, Sunday, and manager was rude, interrupted me immediately to ask why I was"calling just now?" Over an order from thursday night. Explained what had happened and said I didnt want anything free or reimbursed, just wanted to let them know what happened to prevent anyone else from getting sick, manager interrupted me again to say, "Nobody else had complained." I explained again, I was just letting them know to prevent anyone else from getting sick, and to follow up with drs instructions. No apology, nothing...I hope they clean up.

Super Bowl Sunday, get my order in early. Buncha wings and a large Veggie (to be healthy!) guy shows up a little after the estimated time. No worries. Brings me loads of red peppers like I asked but also tons of that cheese powder Ill never use... Hands me a box of wings (great), a box of breadsticks (what?) and... no pizza. Im like no pizza? Hes like yeah I thought that was weird. Told him I ordered a pizza, told me to call the "big boss" who is apparently instore today. I guess "big boss" is only working every now and then. Maybe he should be in store a bit more if they are rolling out deliver with no pizzas, eh? Never had a problem with the original location. Now they moved to some hole in the wall at a strip mall and frankly Im not sure Ill be ordering from them again.
