If I could rate zero stars I would.. Hands down the worst place for dining I have ever been too. I have gone a total of 5 times over the past 2 years, thinking each time it would be different. Its far from it, first time I sat in the restaurant, with dirty tables all around and 5 employees yup 5 standing around, one yelled across the restaurant and said "sit any where ill bring you some menus" we sat for 20 minutes and never even got menus, I left. Second time a few months later, thinking that my experience would be different I ordered the Pizza for delivery, it was never delivered and when I called they said they never got the ticket.. third time we tried the store again and got our menus, but waited over 1 hour and 1/2 for our food, once again 5 employees and only one serving tables. fourth time, my family wanted pizza hut so i tried delivery, I called and was on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up and called back and the employee gave me attitude saying they didnt have time to wait for me to decide what i wanted and to call back later. I called back and they said they couldnt deliver for 3 hours because of a big order...If that was the case the first employee should have mentioned that.. Not sure if that was true but non the less I swore off pizza hut.. But wanting to give them one more chance yesterday 11/19/2013, I called and wanted to go in store for pick up... So i was placing my order, over the phone I got an employee by the name of denae or denada not sure, she took my order, once i was done ordering she said ok pick it up at 6:15 or 15 minutes later from when I order i, I asked her if i could pick it up at 6:30 she gave me attitude and said well i guess i can have them hold off on putting it in the oven..... ok so some one explain to me how the pizza is already done and ready to into the oven, seconds after i completed my order ? I went into the restaurant at exactly 6:30, and store manager (chandler) helped me, he looked around for a minute or two and nothing no pizza and the employee at the back making the pizzas had absolutely no clue where or what he was talking about... all he kept saying was I KNOW, I KNOW, I KNOW... when i explained the issues with this store and the problems I have had in the past, his explanation was oooo the ticket did not print, so im sorry there have been tons of problems with this store and I KNOW, I KNOW... nothing no im sorry sir ill take care of it nothing.. just i know i know.... wtf thats not a manager and that might be the problem with that store is its management.... Literally no wonder there is no customers in there with in all the times i have been there.. The owners of this franchise needs to remedy the employee issues at that store because they are driving down your profits, I talked with other pizza hut employees at other locations and that store has a bad name even amongst its own... My advice to those thinking about going, save your self the hassle, its worth driving to la quinta if you have a craving for pizza hut and avoid this store nothing but problems... im all about giving chances, so shame on me for going back thinking it was going to be different ..most restaurants change there ways fire an employee or discipline them or retrain them ..this store seems to encourage poor customer service and offers no explanation on a remedy for it... My hope is that this place under performs enough to where it is shut down... and the reviews on other pages as well as this one are absolutely spot on, every single negative comment is true and I encourage others with problems with this store to post on here as well ... any how take care...hope this helps..

Im not sure what these other reviews are talking about. I just came from there, and had a great experience. The pizza was exactly as desired, and the waitstaff were friendly and conscientious. I sound like a shill, dont I? Ive never really written a review before, but I couldnt let the current 1-star reviews be the only ones people see. Maybe the reviews up there were written in an earlier era? Ive heard theyre under new management. Or maybe the nighttime staff is just nicer. Anyway, I had a very pleasant meal.

Im revising my review. Service & people are great. Pan Pizza is a soggy mess. It was just mush and not for the first time. I keep being lured there by their great deals. But no more! I just give away the pizza I bought earlier today to my Dad, because I couldnt eat it. How difficult is it to cook a pizza long enough after all the years pizzahut has had? Plus they have silly surveys each time you visit. Forget the surveys and just cook the pizza!

The staff that was there today was Superior! They greeted you upon entering, they checked to see if you needed anything else with your order, not to to mention, the food was OUTSTANDING!! Very hot and fresh and the recommendation of a specialty pizza by one of the employees was on point! This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever eaten at! Keep that same crew and you will do very well in business! Thank you.

I live a little under 2 miles away from this location and just off the phone with them after being on the phone with the Cathedral City location and was deemed to far to deliver too. So then I called the Palm Desert location and my address which is pretty central was not available for them to deliver too. This is bullshit...Im never going to Pizza Hut ever again.

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It took them 30 mins to take us our wings and when we got them they were cold!! Then it took them another 15 mins for our pizza and our pizza was disgusting! It wasnt cooked all the way, you can taste the flour and it was soft and nasty! Worst pizza hut! I prefer the one in cathedral city, WAY BETTER!

This place was very good i dont know whats goin on i ordered few pizzas they my phone numbrer adress all my inf when i went to pick up they didnt have it thats ridiculos cuz they doble check my order over the phone its getting worse and worse sucks costumer service food its good

I didnt rate the food because I was never able to order it. I went inside and waited ...and waited ...and waited. There was only one other table there and one person waiting for a take out. 4 people working and you could just tell that they hated their job. Dont waste your time.

I love Pizza Hut..but this one shouldnt exist. The staff is RUDE. The food tastes like every other Pizza Hut, but good luck getting it hot. They are super slow. I wont go back to this place.

They had me on hold for 7 min- I guess just cause they see a 619 number doesnt mean keep the tourist on hold - I come from sd to work here and thats what I get getting bak to my hotel
