We chose Soda Stop because of the delivery service after a very long trip. The online ordering was a breeze and so nice to be able to customize our oder. Too bad I couldnt say the same for the sandwich shop. After placing an order for delivery, I had not recieved a confirmation that my order was being processed so I called. When I reached a customer service person, she very kindly explained that she had no delivery people working and asked me to come down and pick up our order, and asked that I give them an additional 30 minutes before picking up our 2 sandwiches and a salad (it had already been 10 since placing the order). Not only was the prep time long, but when I finally got home after picking up my order, I realized that there were no croutons or salad dressing for my salad, my sons wrap was too spicy to eat, despite our special request to leave the chipotle mustard off, and my husbands tea tasted old and moldy. Not a great experience.

The food was excellent. The customer service on the other hand not so great. It took 25 minutes for us to get our food which were just 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. The lady sitting next to us got there 15 minutes before us and still hadnt gotten her food when ours came out. We felt really guilty eating in front of her. When her food finally did come out it was wrong and she had to send it back to wait another 10 minutes. They didnt offer her anything, to take some off her bill or offer her a free drink next time or anything which I thought was really bad customer service. I did hear her say she would never come back. They really need to work on a system! Update: Went back today 7/14/16 for lunch and customer service was great!!!! Food is still excellent!!!!

This place has some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I love Italian sodas and this is the only place I can find really good ones but its not worth the hassle. Twice now Ive gone through the drive thru and ordered one sandwich, a drink, and a bag of chips, and it always takes about 20 mins for me to get my order. I just tried ordering delivery today, I live very close to the place so I thought it would be quick, but over an hour later I had to call to find out where my food was and the lady was rude. About 10 minutes later my food shows up and its COLD. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

The place looked like a lot of fun but it turns out to be a dud. The food we had was sub par despite the long manifesto on the table about how everything was made with quality local meats and cheese. I asked for no tomato on my wrap and it was full of them, I think because the wraps are pre made and then thrown on the grill later. What really intrigued me about the place originally was that they sold cake pops-i wanted to try one of each but they only had one kind left! Overall, everything was overpriced and was a big letdown. They wont see me again

Trying to find food places that deliver is hard. I had recently witnessed someone at work who ordered from Soda Stop, and thought I would give it a try. Hands down, Great Experience! The sandwich was a great recommendation, the signature soda was amazing. Customer service was fantastic which I greatly appreciated. Plus they had a sense of humor, which is hard to come by these days. Quick delivery and even had a nice note on my to go box. Would definitely recommend Soda Stop!

I was trying to turn around so I pulled in this parking lot, I was intrigued by the colors and the name, so I figured Id go in. I wasnt even really thirsty but I figured I would try something. I ordered a "doctors order" which is doctor pepper, coconut, and cream, it was awesome. The place is really well set up. Very pretty. cool section *HUGE selection* of drinks, food, desserts. I highly recommend you stumble across this place like i did :)

The best customer service! I saw a co-worker order and sandwich and drink from them. They are so fast with their deliveries and everything has been awesome. The best part about it... no delivery charges! I would recommend Soda Stop to anyone just for their customer service. I will be ordering from them all the time! Thank you so much!

Had lunch with a friend. Both our meals were fresh and delicious. And the customer service was prompt and friendly. Im normally a picky eater, but had no problem finding something to order quickly; which was really pleasing! There was a lot of great variety.

Went in around 11 to grab lunch, and stood around waiting for someone to help me, or even notice that I was there for so long, that I took my business elsewhere. I could hear a couple employees in the back, so there is really no excuse.

So many yummy choices of sodas and lemonades, great customer service. Shop is super cute and fun, great for families and friends to hang out. Outdoor seating is available if desired and theres a drive thru too!
