FOR SOME REASON SOME STARBUCKS HAVE ISSUES WITH CHANGE. ITS NOT LIKE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMERS CAUSE FROM WHAT I SAW THERE WAS PLENTY BEFORE ME. ANYWAY, I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE LYNWOOD LOCATION. ON 3/31/17 I CAME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION TO BUY 7 DRINKS WHICH TOTALED ABOUT $40 ,I WAS PAYING WITH A $100 BILL AND THE RUDE CASHIER CLAIMED SHE HAD NO CHANGE AT ALL WHEN I HAD SEEN LIKE 8 CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME AND SHES TELLING ME SHE HAD NO CHANGE. SHE CLAIMED IF I WANTED SHE COULD GIVE ME $60 IN QUARTERS. WHAT THE HECK AM I GOING TO DO WITH THAT MANY QUARTERS?? I WAS LIKE "REALLY?? YOU HAVE NO CHANGE AT ALL?? SHE SAID NO" I KNOW FOR SURE ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME DIDNT PAY WITH THEIR DEBIT CARDS, SHE HAD TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF CHANGE. SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO ASK MANAGEMENT OR ANOTHER CASHIER IF THEY COULD GIVE HER CHANGE. I WORK IN A RETAILS COMPANYS CASH OFFICE AND I KNOW FOR SURE SHE HAD TO HAVE CHANGE SOMEWHERE, BUT OF COURSE SHE WAS TOO LAZY TO BOTHER TO ASK. INSTEAD SHE LET ALL THOSE FRAPPS GO TO WASTE OR WHO KNOWS WHAT SHE DID TO THEM. I FOR SURE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. THEY SUCK!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! SUCH A BIG CORPORATION AND YOU DONT HAVE CHANGE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

I order the pink drink and my husband orders a strawberry acai then after we are about to pay another girl walks up and tells us they dont have any strawberries so we both ordered a very berry with green tea so we pay and we sit down to wait for our drinks and when I get called that my drinks are ready I get a regular green tea and they tells us after we pay and get the drinks that they are out of berries and if we would like strawberries instead I just thought this was ridiculous to not know what they do have and dont. I feel that theres no communication between the employees and with the costumers. I am a gold member with Starbucks I normally go 2-3 times a day and I have never had a issue like this before I am so not coming back to this location again

I love Starbucks, but the people that work here dont care about customers.. I was standing there for 3 minutes until someone asked me if I was being helped. I told her that I was picking up an online order (that I made 15 min before) and it wasnt ready, so I had to wait another 5 min for my drink. It wasnt busy I was the only customer there and there were 4 employees just chatting.. I still dont get whats the point doing an online order if theyre gonna make you wait like a regular customers...

I was assisted by a rude cashier who seemed to have an attitude. I ordered my tea and went to the restroom and came out. I stood there for 5 mins only for the cashier to say they called my name while I was in the restroom. While I was there waiting both the cashier and another employee who had a dress on smiled at me not telling me my drink was ready nor even asking if I had been assisted. Bad customer service.

Sad to see such bad customer service from the cashier barista in the early mornings :( rude!!!unfriendly and I LOVE starbucks not only because of the coffees but because 90% of the time service is exceptional but this location not so much. 1 cashier can discourage your entire experience. Somtimes us customers need some coffee pointers so we can keep learned about ordering good coffee..but not in this location.

I ordered a venti ice dirty chai tea and i waited for 5 people to use the woman restroom and I still didnt get my tea for another 5 minutes and once I received my order, they didnt add my shot of espresso and my drink tasted horribly watered down. I was so upset that I walked out. But I was more upset for walking out without asking for my money back for the horrible service and disgusting drink.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. The employees were so friendly and personable. Ever since they did a makeover on this store, the service is SLOW, there are a bunch of new employees who are not very friendly AT ALL, the wait time for my drink takes forever, and there is less room. I would not recommend this Starbucks, we only continue to go here because its the closest to us.

Starbucks is great but this one is in the hood so there are lines like your crossing the border. I try to come during weekdays when everyone around is broke. And try to avoid the firsts of the months since majority get ssi. Other than this I wouldve rated a 5stars but this one sucks please open a building for an area like this.

The service sucks, especially in the morning which is why I dont go there anymore! The drive thru lane takes forever to move an inch. The people ask you what was your order once u get to the window instead of them reassuring your order. Mc Donalds is right next door and they always repeat back my exact order.

Very bad. I waited in line so they can take my order and they didnt bother taking my order, so I went up to the cashier and she just ignored me and walked away and took everyone elses order. They clearly hate people wearing all black with makeup. I wouldnt recommend going here. Worst Starbucks.

The drive thru line takes forever, and they always get your drink wrong! If you want to wait 20 minutes in a line to get a drink and then drive back because it is wrong, then by all means go to this starbucks. My experience every time is horrible!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Stopped here to avoid crazy traffic and get some work done. I enjoyed the caramel Frappuccino I had here, as well as the service. The internet speed was super good, and hey, my table had a wireless charging mat for my phone! I should stop by here more often.

I get my Caramel Frappuccino before and aftwr work a bit packed but its a Starbucks during rush hour. Anyways I get the nice people never had a bad order here.
