This place SUCKS! I waited 10 minutes in drive thru just to get a grande iced black coffee and a sproutedwhole grain bagel. I asked for a lightly iced back coffee and only 1 cream cheese. When I got my little brown paper bag everything seemed great. I said thank you and was on my way. As soon I sipped on the coffee it was the sweetest god damn black coffee ever created. I never asked for sweetener in my iced black coffee nor was I asked if I wanted any. The girl who is working today, Tuesdaytook my order got it all wrong. Right away I was disappointed. I go into the bag to get my bagel and I see not 1 BUT 3 cream cheeses. I asked for 1 cream cheese so why would I get 3?!?? Im more than positive they charged me for 3 too. No one just randomly gives out 3 cream cheeeses when they were asked for one. Now I know you are all like "but why are you complaining about extra cream cheese??" I only used one so what am I suppose to do with the other two? Its a waste of cream cheese and again, they most likely charged me. I couldnt continue drinking my grande iced black coffee because it was too sweet. I spent time and money just so that wouldnt drink my coffee and eat 2 extra cream cheeses. DO NOT COME HERE. THIS STARBUCKS IS TERRIBLE. If you do ORDER INSIDE! NEVER DRIVE THRU. This Starbucks is all sorts of pretty because its new but the service sucks. You run the risk of losing time and money.

Walked in, very nice impression, brand new place, when ordering, they were out of my first choice, ok cool, second choice OUT OF STRAWBERRIES, that the most important part of the freaking drink, and cashier said we can still make it, ended up going for my default drink of choice, passion tea lemonade. I was ok with that but then they acted as if they are giving me the drink as charity. They dont realize that they have a job because of dumb customers like me that keeps coming back for over priced drink. Never again. Stay away from this place.

This place is great! Its new they just opened it about a month ago. The lines are short even the drive through. I love that no one knows this place is here, because they just built it and Google hasnt updated the 360 tour of the location. It still looks like an empty lot on Google maps. The staff is great very friendly and always happy to help.

Was so excited to have a Starbucks open closer to home. I have to say, each and every time my husband has gone to get me something, I have to send him back to either get the correct coffee or have them fix it. I dont know what it is, but I rather drive a little farther to get the correct coffee. Sad to say

This place is really close to my house. Service is ok for been a new location,we have to understand this. People who asks for specialty drinks and complaint about not getting to pumps of a flavor and then complaint they need a life.

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? The label CLEARLY says what was ordered. I placed a mobile order for pick-up, my coworker picked it up for me, and I get this??? I want my money back. This is gross and tastes disgusting.

Great place! The staff is friendly and very quick to get you out and on your way to work. I love that this place is soo close to work about 2 blocks away. New location just opened about a month or two ago.

I prefer the one in bell gardens the baristas in maywood have to get a little better the coffee is always a little off the prefer going a bit further for good quality Maywood baristas yall need practice !
