So I went in long ago. It was a sunny day with a few clouds lounging around the oceanic sky. I had to get a smog check and had time to spare. OH, WHAT SHALL I DO? What... What is that I see in the distance but a STARBUCKS NOT 200 FEET FROM ME! I crawled in flavorful anticipation as my actual feet carried my dramatisizing and word inventing self there. I stared at the menu like virgin eyes to pg13 movie breast and with the same passionate wonder aswell. What shall I do? I asked a nobleman of the brewery for assistance. HE SLAPPED ME!!! With coffee knowledge. See, I am very finicky and ocd on top of my social anxieties. But this was no simple nobleman. Nay. For it was CHRIS! This KNIGHT OF THE GROUND TABLE heard my pleas and slayed my taste buds. I asked him for a blended iced coffee that had a kick with a sweet overlay. The flavor eludes me. But Chris recommended I go Affogato. And I did. I wanted to smack Chris backside like a football player congratulating a fellow teammate. He, to me, knows his coffee. I highly recommend you try giving him what you want your beverage to taste like and hell probably be able to give hot steaming live birth to it into a cup for your mouth. Mmm, yummy. Thank you Chris. Sorry it took so long for me to write this review.

The baristas are hard workers and are under stress from many orders. I get that, but that doesnt mean you take it out on the customers. I could feel a lot of attitude from several baristas (not including the drive-through/register people) with glares and eye-rolls galore after I picked up a mobile order. I forgot something, so I got in line and ordered a 2nd item. While waiting, there were still glares and eye-rolls directed at me. They didnt even call me for the 2nd item and I know they didnt because I saw someone elses drink being called for right as mine pulled up. I know how it feels to work in service/retail, so I understand that it couldve been just a mistake or an off-day, but this unpleasant experience has lead me to feel extremely unwelcome here and I know I will not return to this Starbucks again.

I dont go to Starbucks for premium coffee. I pay for mediocre drinks, sometimes excellent service, somtimes crappy service, but for the most part I pay for the setting- which is what this Starbucks has that I love. Im not an avid, loyal customer to brand because quite frankly, all I ever order is cold brewed or iced coffee or sometimes a nice refresher. I would be at this location a lot because I loved that they always had soothing music and tables that were perfect for finishing up some late schoolwork. Now that I live and work closer to DTLA, compared to the Starbucks out here, this location could use a little bit of training for their team members to provide excellent service all around. But again, my rating is mostly based on the setting that I loved, not their service or their products.

I ordered a Grande Black Tea Latte, sweetened with two Awake tea bags. With my 5 year old in the back seat needing to get home, I didnt check the order before I drove away. I got home to find I received a Grande Black Tea with two Awake tea bags, no milk, unsweetened. Somewhat disappointing. Ive rarely had any issue with this order in the past at other locations. I have been and remain a regular Starbucks customer. This is only a critique on the unfortunate service I received at this location. The staff is friendly but disorganized. There also seems to be an absence of some easily transferable knowledge.

When you go to Starbucks, its always a hit or miss depending on which person is making the coffee. So when I found a location that consistently makes my white mocha just the way I like it, I decided to stick with it. Like any Starbucks, it can get packed in the mornings but they are pretty quick with your order. I sometimes get an asiago bagel with cream cheese to go too. Some of my other favorites are the croissants and marble cake. While Starbucks may not be gourmet coffee, it does the job and tastes good to me, so no complaints here.

Hated this place, been here before its close to my house... but.... not going here after my experience today. Got the incorrect drink, barista got upset with me made me a half fast caramel brulee Frappuccino that tasted or looked nothing like the drink I usually get. Tried calling to speak to supervisor but no one ever picked up. They just lost a gold card starbucks member.. pass it on, they have attitude here. Their pastry enclosed area has Nats and flies. Can they not see that?

It took 25 minutes for me to receive my skinny vanilla latte and reduced fat turkey sandwich. I appreciate the workers apology, but Starbucks needs improvements to this Starbucks location. I saw my drink waiting behind the counter for 5 minutes before the worker decided to call my name and place the drink so I can pick it up, and the worker had no idea I ordered a sandwich.

Waited 15 minutes for my drink before saying something. The guy said he was going in order, which is fine, but how did four people who ordered after I did get their drinks before me? I even checked my receipt to make sure...they must think i was exagerating but i have proof. The cashier was nice. Its always hit n miss here, sometimes great other times not so much.

I had ordered two tall pink drinks, they were nice and polite while taking my order and giving it to me however once I started to drink it i had realized that it had tons of seeds and no strawberry bits.... BOTH drinks were like this. if I hadnt gotten back on the freeway I wouldve gone back because this is just not drinkable at all.

The quality of the drink was very poor. They didnt ask me for my name, and didnt tell me there was no more berries! I was waiting for my very berry hibiscus, and instead got a drink I didnt even order. Did I mention it was too sweet? They changed my drink without my acknowledgement and wasnt a very happy customer.

Went through the drive through a venti mocha. Wasnt very good and I didnt finish drinking it. Asked the attendant if she could throw out an empty cup out for me and she said they didnt take trash. I think they should install a trash bin at the drive thru to minimize littering, but whatever.

Awesome place, I have been going there for 4 months. Awesome staff especially Chris( store manager) who is always very welcoming, has a smile on his face, greets you by name( Im a regular), professional, kind, and goes above and beyond. Thanks for making this my favorite starbucks store.

This starbucks is so convenient because of the drive thru . Its always clean and empty, not like other starbucks that are always full. The only thing "bad" that has happen to me here is usually after 5pm they dont have bread (cinamon bread) But overall my favorite starbucks.

I usually go to this place service its okay but last time I order a refresher they gave me a cup full of ice! I finished so fast that I have to go back to order another one but this time with out ice then I fill up my drink again with not even a quater of cup.
