It may say Sopita Ramen, but its not your traditional Japanese Ramen or Korean noodle place. True that they use packaged INSTANT RAMEN that you buy at supermarkets, but if you know Korean cuisine, the Boolgoki Ramen I had immediately reminded me of KOREAN MILITARY SOUP -- a hot pot made with broth, kim chee, rice cakes, Spam, hot dog wieners, instant ramen noodles, etc. (a hot pot stew invented during the Korean War made with ingredients that were readily available at the time, with influences from the US military with the wieners and Spam.) If youve had Military Soup, then you would be able to appreciate the ramen soup bowls they serve here. My Boolgoki Ramen wasnt bad. It had nicely flavored broth (though with the amount of pepper us, it reminded me that the broth was made with the seasoning packet from a pack of ramen noodles. There was a decent amount of pieces of beef in it. I added the raw egg into the broth and mixed it in. Otherwise, there wasnt much else in the soup. If I decide to come back, it would be to get the Spam or Kimchi Ramen, if i want to get a variety that is closely related to military soup.

Kalbi steak......the worst Ive ever had! 9 pieces of bone only 3 of which had meat.....the vegetables darn near raw, no flavor, no texture, the ramem to go.....in a cup that melts, WTF, will never go here again....now that my wife woke for dinner, top Ramen noodles is their noodle, the cup they put them in melted, yummy, and all this is what they do, cheap crap! BTW, this is within 20 of receiving my order. .....

An Absolute Waste Of Money! I had the Kalbi Beef...4 very small, very thin short ribs, mostly bones and grit of some sort, with traces of extremely tough, tasteless, elastic meat. Ive had better at the dollar Chinese restaurant. The best thing about the meal was the steamed white rice...yeah...that says a lot. So not worth the 16 bucks for rice and chewy meat.

The place didnt look too professional. The price menu on the board looked decent but the lady working there gave us a menu and there was a 3$ price difference. I looked at the customers next to us and the noodles looked over cooked. Serving was kinda small for ramen..... we decided to go without even ordering. Maybe next time.

Such a cozy place to just stop in and get yourself a bowl of piping hit Ramen. Not very fancy per say but the food definitely makes up for it. Be sure to order the "regular" spice, not the "extra hot" spice because, you will not enjoy the food and have your tongue and eyes begging for a break. Bon apetit

Super yummy ramen, bobs smoothies and empanadas. This place is very LA, a fusion of Japanese ramen m, but with a Latin flair! We brought our 2 year old and she liked it too! One thing to consider is there arent any tables only bars with chairs. I liked the ambiance, not too noisy very calming.

OMG delicious!!!! This place is awesome!!! Phone chargers at every table for all phone. Guy speaks English Spanish and Korean!! Also big TVs with games on!!! Very friendly and super clean Im gonna recommend to all my friends.

Food is delicious service is alright I would give t stars but since they dont even know their own Wi-Fi password Im giving them 4....forget the 4 star they dont give hot water rifil for hot tea I purchased there..3stars..

Very simple, I arrived @9:30 ( they close @10)... as soon I entered before say "hi".. lady say "to go only" I immediately knew Im not eating here, but I took a quick look of the menu.... just go somewhere else...
