the service was quick and the noodles were hot and piping and NOT soggy -- so decently good. i asked one of the staff members how long they boil their broth for and he responded with 8 hours. the portion is big and there was a lot of noodles. However, for the White Tonkatsu i ordered, the flavor seemed a little lacking. while it is nice to have a ramen place in Arcadia... Santouka (Mitsuwa-Centinela), Yamadaya (Culver City) and Shinsengumi (Santa Monica) will be my Ramen go to places until i go back to Japan (Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo) to eat Ramen.

I got the shio ramen and it was a clear, savory, delicious broth. The topping that comes with it was also spot-on and complemented it very well. All for the cheap cheap price of $8. I also paired with an appetizer of chicken karaage, which was the disappointment of the night. Instead of having a light, crunchy batter, they probably used regular flour to create a thick breading that is more reminiscent of diner-style fried chicken. In short, the ramen is great, refrain from the chicken karaage.

Im not an expert on Ramen but I really enjoyed this place. It tasted great. Its hard for me to describe it since I dont know much about the process, but I did get the sense that it was made fresh and they werent cutting corners wherever they could. Place is small. I didnt have to wait but I say at the bar. Not a fan of the compact space but it didnt bother me that much.

Love this place. My friends and I have come several times and really like their Tonkatsu White ramen. Theyre a little bit more than some places, averaging $12-20 for a meal, but their broth is definitely among the best Ive had. Would definitely recommend if craving a warm, medium-priced lunch. (They also have a vegetarian ramen thats broth is not meat-based.)

One of my favorite Ramen place in San Gabriel valley. Though not many variety, the choices are some of my favorites. The broth is just nice, not too salty like many "Americanized" Ramen places. The add-ons are a little on the small size for their prices. I also like the pickled garlic available at each table that you can add to your ramen.

Mediocre. Not the best but not the worst. The noodles werent very good but soup is ok. Prices are average for your typical hipster ramen joint. Busy place so there might be a wait and service could be slow. Servers try the best they can but they could use one more person

Love this place. Small space but huge on flavor. Im wild about the tonkatsu ramen and the gyoza does the trick every time. I dont get to drop by as often as I used to anymore but this place was always a fairly consistent bet. Great food here, plain and simple.

small place that sometimes have long wait, but its definitely worth it. Fresh noodles, nice broth. Just good ramen all around, at least pretty good for this area. Doesnt really taste like traditional japanese ramen, more like okinawan style. Good nonetheless

Very good ramen for the price. Smallish restaurant that only allows you to be seated with entire party present. Fried chicken was a little too well fried but was softened up when dunked in bowl of ramen broth. Look forward to many trips here in the future.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. For a Californian ramen restaurant Id say the service and the food is excellent. Only way I could give any ramen restaurant a 5 star rating is if they could compete with the ones Ive had in Japan.

A great place for ramen in Arcadia. As good as the famous Daikokuya without the long lines. Tonkatsu white ramen was delicious. The soup was not salty and the pork had a lot of flavor. Fried rice was just OK.

I eat a lot of ramen, and this is a top 3 choice for me. Everything is cooked well, the pork is some of the most flavorful that Ive had, and the service is good. Definitely check it out
