Best dipping ramen!! This place is so good. If you are in Temple you need to check out this place. The char siu tetrameter is the best here. The flavor is perfect and not too salty. Ive been to their other location in Glendale and this one is definitely better. There is a wait so if you dont want to wait you need to go early. There is also another location just across the street but their soup base is different. I do like their soup base more then the other location across the street. Parking is a little difficult but if you look around you will find a spot. Just be careful in the neighborhoods. Some spots are zone parking.

Not authentic. Came here craving japanese noodle only to be disappointed. They dont cook noodle as they should. It is a some sort of pho they use in this so so soup. I dont know how they can claim this is Japanese noodle.... I had much, much better in food court in Japanese markets. Worst Japanese noodle experience in my life. Seems it is owned and run by none japanese people. Only reason they are in business is due to the fact the people in this area may not be familiar with what it should taste like.

This little place is amazing! My husband and I went around 12 and even though it was packed the service was quick. We waited about 10-15 mins then we were seated, the service was also not too long considering it was packed. We enjoyed the chicken ramen, gyoza, and pork ramen they were delicious! The parfait was really good too! I love this place! My favorite so far! A++++

The service was good and the staff were nice. I had the Ajisen Ramen Noodle bowl. The broth was lacking in flavor for me a little. I have been eating Ramen noodles my whole life. Maybe next time I will try something else. This was my first time here. The hot honey lemon water was very good.

BBQ pork ramen!! Delicious!!! Spicy beef ramen!!! Delicious!!!! Food is always on point but through the years the portions of the meat have gotten smaller and the service is not always consistent! They have there good and bad days but the food will never disappoint you! The drinks are a must try!

Good, not great, there isnt a lot to complain about here. Good for a quick bite but if you are picky about your noodles you may have to compromise. Clean, good service, decent prices. Imagine is Chipotle did noodles and youll have an idea of what the experience is like.

I dont see how this noodle place can claim themselves a noodle restaurant fake Japanese noodle my instant noodle taste better than them portion is so small Its a rip off noodle and soup is cold and nasty tasting highly not recommended!!!

I love the ramen here. I usually get the Ajisen Best Combo or Miso pork ramen. A nice hearty broth with noodles that have a good ramen bite. The appetizer options are yummy too. Gyoza, fried squid legs or crocuettes are great.

This place is going down the hill. I remember years ago this place was so good. Believe or not no shave ice for dessert. No longer available although the menu dessert is still there. Really disappoint.

Almost as good as Dragons in Okinawa, Japan! Had me me thinking I was back in Okinawa or Osaka for a minute! Ramen was amazing, gyoza was excellence! Great family atmosphere! Love this place!

Japanese in name only. We ordered ramen. The problem is the oily after feel in my mouth. Ramen broth is not supposed to stick to your mouth and teeth. It was really ackward for mom as well.
