Its all about presentation and this location hit the mark! Im sure the get hit with the "late night leaving from Disneyland" rush but they dont half ass the orders and still crank em out fast! The food was good as it always is but its nice to see my cheese and onions placed in the middle of my fries rather the side. And I appreciate my protein style burger not falling apart when I pick it up. Id post a picture but I literally inhaled my food. I can say theres no leftovers though! This is going to be our new spot coming home from Disneyland!

Their fries are warm almost cold. They are smaller and too fried to enjoy the inside. The hamburger patty is Soo thin and over cooked. They have really changed from when they first opened up. I understand prices have gone up since then, but at least a little more meat and less string fries and as small as they are. Then you can give us bigger taster fries. The only thing that hasnt changed is their pink lemonade. Love it but Im not going to stand in line just for that. Sorry in and out but you lost the touch.

I went at approx 11pm. A lot of the reviews for this place are really good but in my opinion it was very.. very average if not below (compared to like a McDonalds or something) the burger tasted like McDonalds, the fries were very dry and almost cardboard like, the lemonade tasted really bad. However the milkshake was good and the bathrooms were pretty clean. My opinion might be biased since Im from Toronto and all my friends over hyped it to be amazing but thats still my experience.

Who doesnt love in and out. Its just a great franchise with marvelous hamburgers and fries. I never get disappointed when i visit an in and out but this place was great. This place was clean even though their were many customers inside the place. I was really amazed by it. The customer service was phenomenal. I could not of asked for such an amazing service. I would coming here a lot more when i have the opportunity.

All went pretty good food was fast and tasted great as usual. However I was a little bit disturbed while taking my son to the restroom and watching an employee go to the bathroom while holding a drink in one hand and doing business in the other hand. And walk out of the restroom with just a splash water on one hand no soap. Ugggggggggggggggggggg. (:

What else is there to say. Its the iconic In-n-Out burger. This place is better than any other burger place. They have established an employee culture that cares about the customer. The facilities are always super clean (inside and out), service is fast, and the food is consistent from location to location. You cant beat this place.

Its In N Out so you know its good and this place continues that wonderful tradition of great food and great service. We always stop here on our way back from Disneyland. Its easy to see from the freeway so you wont miss the exit. Even late night and a long line, things go really quick. Get food, eat in the parking lot, head home.

I usually go to the one off Valley View, but I was headed to LA so stopped by this one. Went through the drive-thru around 8pm line was not too long. Fast, friendly, service as usual. A little more efficient than the VV location, which is crammed in a little plaza. Other than that "Thats what a hamburgerssss all ABOUT!"

Fast service but my mom took back the fries because they tasted old and watched them dump both containers BACK INTO THE FRYER! Eww. She said something to the manager and he said sorry it wont happen again but just be aware. The new ones still tasted old so it could be old oil...sounds like management issues to me.

Dropped my drivers license in the bathroom during a pit stop and didnt notice til I was 50 miles up the road. I could not remember the exit, and their customer service rep Edwin called four In-n-outs to find the right one. The manager Jason had my card waiting for me when I got there. Plus they have yummy burgers.

This is one of the better In and Out Burgers they do a really good job in the food is always right the only problem is is they get way too busy here and sometimes the line wraps around their store... Im not sure what they could possibly do about that situation but it is the one negative of this in and out.

Used to work for In N Out and can honestly say I just ate one of the best meals Ive ever had from a store. Number 2 Xtra whole grill no tomato was absolutely perfect! Fries exactly right not to crispy not to soft. So satisfying after a long exhausting 14 hour day at the mouse Kingdom. WAY TO GO guys!

Worst Ive Had. Completely dry and I did not even go back to complain because I didnt even want the free food at the time because it wouldve been just as dry. Even the Frys were cooked so dry the insides were nonexistent. Thats bad for in-n-out Burger. Their other stores have always been on point.

Kendra was amazing!!! She was absolutely delightful. I went in with my son and ordered everything incorrectly. The order came out as it should when I realized I made a few mistakes......I thought animal style meant no bun. She quickly ran back and adjusted my order. Thanks Kendra. Jody

great time today! went with my sister and my two nieces which loved a wonderful employee there named Ryan he was very kinda and very joyful about his job. Came constent to check up if everything was great and if we were enjoying our food. That made my day thank you Ryan. And great food

This location tops them all! Drive thru had a long line so we went inside. Busy inside too (duh its In and Out) yet we got our food in less than 3 minutes! Amazingly clean, friendly and the food quality was incredible. This place is on point!

10 stars. Always great service and food. Just like all In-n-Outs, it does get busy at random times. Staff almost always offers to pick up my tray and notices when I want to sit at a table that someone just got up from and cleans it right away.

Whenever I am heading home from Disneyland, always make this the last stop. They make a fantastic burger that hits the spot just right after a long day of exploring the Magic Kingdom. Hot burger + cold Coke = very happy customer

Restaurant very. Dirty the lobby floors disgusting ..restroom where the worst part no seatcovers pee and throw up on floor blood on toilet. Bloody tampons. On trash next to the sink never coming. Back i left. Disgusted! !!!!!!!

Very large, always active In-N-Out, there is plenty of parking and a large indoor dining area. They always get orders right and work as fast as they can to serve the multitude of customers that come through.

Great In-N-Out Burger right off the 5. There is ample seating inside and outside with a good drive through that can hold a lot of cars. The staff is friendly as always and the premises are very clean.
