IN N OUT BURGER I Luv this place!!!!! It has really Good Food!!! My favorite would be the "Animal Fries" their awesomely fantastic!!!! U can always expect too c all the employees very kind,nice & always have a smile along w/good attitudes, very helpfull as well. There is always 1 thing that u will never c whenever u go to an IN N OUT is their menu has never ever changed since the very 1st day of their opening & thats totally awesome!!!! I actually kinda wish that their were more of them around cuz they are so very famous, but unfortunately rite @ the moment their r only a total of 188 locations spread out through out the West Coast that i no of. Im hoping that w/the new owner of this franchise who is very young herself but has still been keep n the family will open some more locations....that would be so cool!!!

Excellent service from the cashier. I was undecided that night when I ordered and she was very patient and helpful. I wish I would of remembered her name (young blonde about 54" with a great smile and happy demeanor) so I could give the credit that she deserves! My compliments to the establishments for having such an asset. Being a small business owner I watch how business operate and how employees do their job. With that said, what makes this visit even more notable was to see this same girl (friendly cashier) out cleaning the tables and asking the patrons if they needed anything else or just to help clean up their area by removing their trays.Thank you In-n-Out and especially to this great employee / Very Kind & Nice Girl

The loud speaker for calling out the order numbers in the small location was very annoying. It was loud enough to where I couldnt even hear my girlfriend from across our little booth. I can understand if they use it every once in a while for people sitting outside but they used it literally every few minutes making me think that they just use it to get the order out faster with not much appreciation for the people inside trying to enjoy their meal. Thats the only clear explanation I thought of because why would you have a loud speaker in a not too big room if not to quickly and loudly call out numbers for every single person to hear.

To me your In-N-out burgers are the best around. I like them because they really good. They have a unique taste and fresh. I also like going cause its cheap. The price for a burger is perfect. The good thing is that you guys are willing yo change things for people that dont like certain things. The workers are nice and respectful. But the negative things about it is that its busy and it takes a while to get food. I also think you guys need more of a kids menu. I believe your fast food restaurants need to be bigger to fit all your customers. But overall the food is great and I go their often. I grade you guys a B.

Moderate busy, rude, unfriendly, and sub standard food. Rejected my chase credit card. Made me look like Im at fault. My friend gave his chase card. Rejected that too. I called Chase. Chase said they havent received any charges from in n out at all. Went out to ATM got cash. Final result is far below in food quality. French fries are dry and smelly, looks like made in bad oil. Double double is also bad. Long Beach store is better. Not recommended.

I love In-n-Out any time of day but late night is the most magical. The food just tastes better for some reason. The food here is top-notch and the servers are cool and friendly. Best fast food place to bring tourists since In-n-Out is a California classic. Watch the Huell Howser special about it and you will see why! Also a great place for teens to work and get benefits!

In n out is just one of those places you need to try. It just has this atmosphere that you cant really get anywhere else. That is if you can take the time needed to get in line at them. You can expect a bit of waiting at in n out. The amount of people that eats there justifies it. Try some Cheese Fries or a Flying Dutchman if youre not feeling bread tonight.

Made the mistake of going not knowing it was by a school. The entire patio area was filled with young kids smoking and cursing and yelling. No manager to be found, very uncomfortable. One jerk even sat at my table smoking an e cigarette while I was eating. Got into with him and made him move. This place needs some supervision when school is out.

I knew this was a different kind of In-n-out than I was used to because of the security guard standing outside, and because of the unpredictable driving and outbursts of a driver nearby who verbally assaulted us. The food is as dependable as any In-n-out, but Ill find another one to go to next time.

This is my first in and out! And I have to say it was amazing the service even tho its full is very fast the burgers are made great and thats amazing considering the speed it comes out at. Place is clean and neat and the employees are very nice and polite and all wearing there uniforms.

Were out of towners so whenever were in Southern California our 1st stop is always In-N-Out. The burgers are delicious. The produce is fresh. The service is always exceptional. Always decent portion sizes, for the price. But we really go here for the experience.

I personally dont eat meat at fast-food restaurants but a Double Double at In-N-Out is the only exception. Ive never been here when the line wasnt out the door, so just no youll have a little bit of a wait.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping. They all appeared pretty down. The bathrooms were disgusting, strong odor of urine. My Greys looked like mostly crumbs. Definitely not up to in-n-out standards.

Whats not to love. Quick and great service. Satisfying food served with a smile. The drive thru lines here may get intimidating at times but I benefit from simply going inside. Usually much quicker.

I like double-double . Yes, I used to drive here from Cypress College to grab one. Best burger around. One minus star due to the line at the drive-thru entrance. So confusing and awkward.
