I just had the worse experience at this location. Basically, ordered through drive-through during my lunch. Got to work, realized part of my order was missing, called right way but since I was at work I couldnt go back right away. They said it was ok I can go back anther day and get what I needed. I went back but they couldnt give me what I wanted or my money back because the manager wasnt there. The woman in charge that was managing was "Susana" and she was NO help at all and had the worse customer service. What kind of Manager cant help a customer resolved an issue that was done on their behalf. Smh Ao i left the restaurant without food or money that i had already paid
