A California institution with dependable burgers (try a double double animal style-hold the lettuce add extra grilled onions from the "secret" menu)-the quality for price value is there-this is lovingly prepared fast food-I hate their fries but others find them wonderful-very limited menu which is what keeps their quality high-happy friendly service-often a LONG line at the drive through at this location-there are at least 4 locations within a reasonable distance of this one that are less congested-also this is good but not great-The Marina Pacifica location on PCH continues to produce better product and the Westminster location continues to have just okay servers with a bit surly attitude but they match their location in a seedy parking lot next to an extended stay motel-no matter on any count-In and Out is distinctive and most people like it but haters really hate it and can usually be found elsewhere

They always take care of me. Im a semi vegetarian, and so Im always asking them to make me a grilled cheese BUT with a half a slice a cheese. Lol Then I double up on everything else: extra grilled onions, extra tomatoes, and extra letuce hehe its the BOMB. I Love this in & out all of the workers are very sweet!!!

Not always the fastest drive thru around, but I found it to have the best value for my money without having to use coupons. This location specifically has also had some of the best made burgers in the chain. Not always, but consistently enough to prefer it over other locations.

This is the first time I have given a review for in-n-out outside of a 5 of 5 star rating due to several first time experiences at this location: 1. Customer Service was low. 2. Poor listening from order takers. 3. Food gave me diarrhea.

Its been about two years since Ive had In & Out (live on the East Coast) so I make it a point to go when Im in California. This last time was only OK. The patty tasted OK but the bread tasted stale. The fries were also undercooked.

Its In-n-out. You know exactly what youre going here for and what the food will taste like. This location delivers on all those expectations. And the teenage crew of cooks and cashiers are super friendly and welcoming, even at 1:59 am.

Ive recently started ordering burgers lettuce wrapped and they have been consistently good and held together here. My new favorite order is a 3x3 animal style wrapped in lettuce (aka protein style)
