ABYSMAL , WRETCHED...To be specific this location is usually above average but the team being helmed Wed Dec 21 @6:30 pm was totally in DISARRAY , CONFUSED , INEPT and INEFFECTIVE..I watched three orders in a row before me all with major errors go unrepaired..A large party of Asian visitors was given their order in a HAPHAZARD" ,take what you get" fashion very UNBUSINESS like,the young man before me in line had to go out of his way to help this group which obviously had a language barrier..I did the exact thing for the next group!! Where was the in n out team? THEY DIDNT CARE !they didnt put the human touch into the burger sales ..Dont know what that team manager tells his team but POOR LEADERSHIP is evident!! Would give two thumbs down if I could !! But my issue is I attempted to purchase $300 dollars of gift certificates but when they wouldnt let me use $100 in credit they just went on to the next person totally bypassing me though I stood there with $200 cash in my hand attempting to purchase what I could..After this SLAP IN THE FACE !! I figure they must be so high and mighty here that they can afford to ignore and insult every potential $200.00 sale that walks up to Thier window..Gonna buy McDonalds gift certificates this year as seeing this company doesnt want the cash!! ..ALL BAD !!

Thats my spot best burger ever always reliable and tasty #1 double double w/ onions, animal style fries and a large coke perfect combo imo always satisfyingly. Shakes are bomb too just wish they were a lil bit colder. Yeah sometimes theres long lines its a 50/50 thing sometimes there not a its a popular spot but the food is always worth it.

I went to many in and out joints before but this one really disappointed me. There was no line at 9 pm, which was good, but waiting time made up for it. I thought they were making a fresh batch but the fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers seemed made an hour ago. Not going to this one again.

The burger here is as good as other in & out location but this location only has outside seating. Although it has 2 drive through its very hard to get in and out of that location just because the driveway is too short so the lines starts in the street. Also there isnt enough parking spaces.

On point @ the right price. Way too many burger places charge considerably more for a double cheese burger fries and drink ,while not even coming close to this level of quality & service.Im gonna stick to my old number 1. Animal style with grilled & raw onions. Regular fries & a Lemon -Up.

Horribly small and the eating area is quite the little walk away from where you receive your food and if youre thinking drive thru, you might have to wait in the street for while before able to pull in. Worse In&Out Ive been to based off design. Food is still good though.

In & out should be ashamed of the burger patties... pay more get less ..bump what ever excuses they might have for the small patties ... but I remember when this place first opened the burgers were healthy but Im just one person... my twos and fees will go else where ...

Yum yum yum. Their drive-thru has two lanes for faster service. Just be careful if theres a long line of cars since you might be out in a lane of traffic for a minute or so. Very professional and courteous staff for being crammed in such a small space. :)

Good little drive through type location that gives it that old school feel. It can get a bit busy though during peak hours. Even though its outdoor seating, they do have a restroom if needed. A good spot to sit and eat a burger with your dog.

This place is always crowed it and busy and long lines and their burgers are always better then mc donalds everything is made fresh inculding a grip load of french fries. Combo 1 of inout is the best since it has double with cheese and drink

Two drive thru for faster service. Outside seating on cement benches. Restrooms in adjacent building need a code but very clean. Staff very polite and cheerful. visible from street and next to star bucks near corner pioneer and Rosecrans.

It is the worst Inn n out place in my neighborhood, I waited like 20 minutes when I had just 1 car in the waiting line.... they dont have strategies to serve a faster way... also the cashier gave me a dirty paper tray,

Fast, fresh, friendly, bomb secret menu. They stopped someone who cut in line, was pretty awesome. Also got free food once even though the money was in the bank (double checked) but the card kept declining.

Just what i wanted.. the flight from Alabama to California was wayy to long.. we needed In-N-out ASAP! and they deliver exactly what we wanted. Ohh yeas the animal style fries were worth the wait!

Great fast food when in a hurry! Just wish the patty did not shrink every year...soon we will need to get a triple to get what they used to serve. Great chain food burger and the freshest fries!

Everyone in my family goes ape shizuoka over in and out burgers to me they are decent but for the wait time not worth the hype. Id rather buy a restaurant style big af burger
