My working place is so closed to this burger king #314 so I will go there once per week. But last 3 times I had 3 horrible experiences with the female manager. Whenever I ordered any combo, she would charge me seperately so I need to pay about $2 extra to get the combo deal. 3 straight time was like that while she was taking my order! Each time I complaint about the price was not right and she gave me back the different. And then I did the observation and found out that she did the same trick to customers but most of them didnt aware that. So when you go to this burger king , beware of the female manager if she is taking of your order!

Terrible terrible terrible....rude managers and terrible service. I visited this burger king a couple of days ago and they messed up my order. I called corporate and complained. Since i couldnt reach burger king with the number i found on their website, i went to them to make a complaint. This is ridiculous terrible customer service. Most fast food places make the exception for a customer when they dont have a receipt and fix their orders. Burger king refuses to fix anyones order unless customer has a valid receipt. Never again!

Not at all a very attentive staff. Kinda rude. Cashier thinks that her phone is more important than customers. Not a good experience at all.
