Only 2 stars due to the waitress, She seemed overwhelmed a bit, but her friendly demeanor changed when I question why I was charged for 6 cream sodas, when it should of been 3, I states we just ed wanted a refill, she took the check back, and after 10 minutes came back with the 3 $4.95 glasses removed, however now there were 3 additional cream sodas ay $3.75 a pop, we again questioned it, asking why were we charged, Her reply is there is no free refills! Okay, that is fine but dont you think people should be aware of this, no where on any table display or in the menu did I see this, not only that, I told her she could of mentioned this fact we we asked for refills! She took the check back and said I will see if the manager wants to comp you for it! Now Im not joking it took her another 15 minutes to return with the check, saying the 3 sodas were comped. I said thank you. Before I could get my credit card to hand her with the bill, she left, another 15 minutes of waiting for her to return, I even asked the buss boy about our bill if he could cash us out, he said he would get our waitress.. after returning it took another 10 minutes for my card and receipt to arrive.. with not as much as a thank you for coming or have a good night! Being this was a our first time here, it will probably be our last, almost a hour from the time we got our check until we actually walked out! The food is actually really good, the cream sodas I guess they are proud of but is just way to much syrup. And a glass a 6 ounce glass full of ice And for $3.75 to $4.95 if you want to keep the glass. Overall probably will not be back.. mainly due to the attitude..

I orderd through takeout and so simple that it may be to serve food thats just going right out the door,, What happen was really something different from what i expected to experience.. Apon picking up my food, Then just as i got home, planning to sit and relax to watching a movie and eating and so as i opened the food to see what i have and to serve.. There was hardly any alfreado sauce at all on my noodles Not to mentioned I orderd the larger portion as well so you think that they would know to put extra alfreado or on the side.. I just couldnt enjoy my food it was so dry and i spent $15 bucks on that and i could of went to a dennys a 3 star resteraunts compare this resteraunt thats suppose to have a higher rating... and enjoyed my food 4 times better... I had a really bad experienece .....

I used to come here quite a lot as a kid. I remember it feeling like stepping into the past or into a different country (or just a museum, ha). As an adult, I see that the decor is Victorian with elements of style from San Francisco, like the rail car that sits in the middle of the restaurant and houses a few tables. The food is typical Italian fare, with some individual twists. Its certainly better than what Olive Garden has to offer. They serve a loaf of hot bread at the beginning of the meal. Most meals include a salad or soup and the minestrone is excellent, as is their pesto cream dressing, though the salads themselves are lackluster dinner salads.

Weve been eating there for 30 plus years. This last visit was very disappointing. Our portions were smaller. The salad was very small. They dont give a drink with your meal anymore. There wasnt enough cheese on my Homers Special. The waiter was not great! He didnt check on us, brought no refills, etc. We asked a different waiter for refills. We left with a hungry husband. The last two visits have been disappointing. Prices are up, portions are smaller.

A good old fashioned meal. I have been coming here for over 30 years and have been to several other locations also. The service was fair last visit. The atmosphere at most of the chain is nice. The food is consistent. Its not the greatest, but its always good. The thing that used to be so nice was the prices. That is not true anymore. The price had gone up so much that in my opinion it is not as attractive now as a family restaurant.

First the phone would not stop ringing at the bar. and they refuse to answer it. then after waiting 30 minutes to be seated they seated us next to the bar with the phone that didnt stop ringing all night. when we got our food there was hardly any sauce on it so we had to ask for more sauce which they charged for. I will say that bethany our waitress did a great job so props for that.

Its in a bad area... We were eating and while we were ours and an employees car was broken into. The restaurant asked each individual table whether it was their car and it was 20 minutes later until we were alerted. It was in broad day light. The security is lame and there was no offer to even cover the cost of our lunch. I would advise trying something else.

First time here. The food was delicious and the layout looks pretty classical. The waiters are really nice. My favorite part is getting 3 dishes; salad, the spaghetti, and the dessert! They even gave me a free cup to take home! I loved it! The spaghetti was DELICIOSO! Shout out to Madison who attended us with great hospitality. Great service!

We absolutely LoVe the food & are always pleased with our whole experience at The Spaghetti Factory! The atmosphere is clean & upscale. The service is outstanding too! We like it so much there that my family and I dine or have a to go order from there once a week! Cant get enough of the lasagna & bread. Its so yummy!!

We stopped for a late lunch on our way to Yosemite. Very consistent with other Spaghetti Factory meals. Love hat creamy pesto salad dressing. The waiter took the time to understand my sons special order and our food came promptly. No wait to sit, no problem parking, but we were in between their normal busy times.

Went there for for lunch and we could not get a salad in under an hour. So we asked if we could take it to go. I got this huge container with 5 pieces of shrimp with wilted lettuce and brown avocado! I payed $9! Will never go there again. Do not recommend it for lunch unless you have 2 hours!

The food was awful. Plus they changed the bread..it had no flavor. They messed up my order and when I called in then they explained themselves which they should have done from the start. Two thumbs down.....wont b going back ever again. Plus the sauce taste different....in a bad way.

Andrew was our waiter, he was absolutely amazing. It was his second week there and he really seemed to know his stuff! We were very impressed and with 3 kids under 5 he was very patient! The food was outstanding each of us ordered different things and none of us were disappointed!
