I love Sizzler but this visit was horrible experience. I hate when I pay for something and I dont get what I paid for. I was very upset the lady took my order was so rude. I order a steak and shrimp scalpi linguine, the plate comes with a side, so when I ordered I told the lady that I wanted rice pilaf for the side. She told me the plate doesnt comes with a side I told her.i asked her, did it changed? Because I been many times and it does comes with a side I Pointed to the menu on the wall and I asked her why on the menu says the includes a side?. She answered me with an attitude: you get a big plate of pasta like thats a lot food. She is i can add a side but you have to pay for it. I told her no thanks, it o.k dont give me the side even though Im sure its included on the price she looked at me like in a bad way I paid for the food, took a sit and tried to calm down I was upset. I even showed her a picture of a plate she goes she said that was another Sizzler I told her not was here. Anyway when I received my plate there was veggies on the side part I asked the server. Why the lady who took my order told me that this plate doesnt include a side. The server told me it does. I told her I wanted rice pilaf she offered to change it I told her it o.k. the waiter went and explained to the lady who took my order then came back to me and told me that the lady got confused with another plate. But THE LADY DIDNT APOLOGIZE or anything. I didnt left just because I knew my husband want it to eat there.

The food was good. The service was ok . I couldnt use the coupons because I didnt print it out. They wouldnt let me use it from my phone. I told them my printer was broken . If It wasnt Mothers day I would have left. They need to start doing soon by phone or will start losing customers & go out of business. Hopefully theyll start using coupons by phone then Ill give five stars. I wasnt very happy about it. I dont know if me & my family be back or not if we do hopefully then theyll take coupons by phone.

Service was good, I had the half rack ribs they had WAY too much barbecue sauce which was loaded with vinegar I couldnt take a bite without choking on the smell they were also overcooked too chewy my bf had the lobster tail with steak, you could tell the cook had cut it open to check if it was done then must have placed back on the grill because it was not at all juicy it also lacked seasoning the lobster was alright a tad overcooked, overall great service crappy food will not be going back.

great place to eat. my first time visiting and wont b my last. itz like a steakhouse wer u can take ur toddler lol great service and pricing. the staff was very friendly except for a fat lady that was very rude. she was at the front wer we were placing our orders and she kept rushing the cashier to take our order even though she could hear that we werent ready

Very friendly and helpful staff. I ordered the all you can eat salad bar, they had something for everyone at their salad bar. I especially enjoyed a broccoli salad they had, delicious. The waitress was very attentive but never hovered, she made sure we had everything we needed and kept our drinks filled the whole time we were there.

Why did they close out the Sizzler in Clovis long ago? This is one of the best restaurants in Fresno-Clovis for the price and food. If you sit on side closest to the rear exit door thats where the best Servers are. If you see a tall, thin elderly, hispanic male server thats Mat. He is one of the best Servers at Sizzlers.

The best. Even though you pay a lot for two you still get a lot of good food. also if you get the salad bar you can have a steak to it for as much as steak goes. However if you go during breakfast the breakfast Buffet is awesome but the service is slow go during 3 p.m. or dinner and the service is better.

Macaroni offered at the salad bar tasted worse than whats offered at an elementary school. Steak was of average quality, although they did mess up my order. Service competely forgot to serve the other people at my table. Only thing that partially saved the day was the average steak.

I ordered the double bacon mega burger and the waitress gave me the wrong burger. My fiance got a steak and baked potato and her steak was way undercooked. this was our first time being to sizzlers and r leaving with the mentality of not coming back. Thanks alot

Chicken taste like it was purchased at a convenience store and cooked in a microwave. Mac n cheese had no taste and it was over cooked.. & the gravy taste as if someone farted in it. Idk .. beautiful place to dine.. but food not so good

Sizzler has been one of my favorite restaurants to eat a delicious dinner. unfortunately since they raised the prices the food has not been the same. The salmon lacks of flavor and the price is not worth it. I am so disappointed :(

The food is terrible everything in salad bar looks and taste old not fresh at all. The food was so ugly I ended up leaving mostly all my steak and lobster it is so horrible. Years ago it was good....

The food was cooked perfectly. The service was very quick and friendly. Our waitress was very attentive. My only dislike was the serving size vs the price. I felt that I paid more than I received.

Great place to have a stake and love their Salad bar. The only downside is the seating. Tables are to close together making it hard to get around and set yourself.

I love the buffet they have great choices for salads but also chicken wings tacos nachos baked potatoes soups and chili also speghetti and pizza.
