I paid for a buffet expecting to eat right away I had to wait about 20 minutes to actually eat my actual meal but by that time I was already full from eating just salad due to the long wait. When the pizza is finally made it wasnt pizza Of my liking. I had to wait longer till the pizza of my liking was ready. By that time I was upset at the fact that I had to wait and it was pizza being made at random. when I tried to ask if I can be accommodated i was shot down immediately And I was told there was nothing that could be done. I sat down to wait even longer and as I was waiting I notice that the whole staff was talking about me and my complaint right in front of me with out a care. To make it even worse the manager I spoke to about my complaint made sure she checked on every table except mine. I was just really hungry and I would have appreciated to be taken care of just like every other customer that was there.

I really liked this place! They serve Newcastle Brown Ale by the pitcher!! I loved the arcade and the Super Mario pinball machine. The fettuccini Alfredo was awesome. It was so creamy and delicious. 10/10. The pepperoni pizza was really good. It wasnt the best Ive ever had... but it had plenty of pepperoni and cheese, so it was passable. This is a great place for kids and the food is great! Did I mention they have Newcastle on tap? AWESOME!
