I was disappointed with the gyoza and ramen. Nothing says cheap ramen shop like deep fried gyoza. I had the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was lacking in flavor for me (it tasted something like the premade stuff you get from the distributors) and the noodles were too soft. Perhaps some of the other ramen broths are better. That being said, the wait staff is top notch and worthy of a healthy tip. Very attentive. The prices seemed fair. One order of gyoza and tonkotsu ramen with extra bamboo, no drink came up to a little over $13. I hate leaving negative reviews, but knowing what youre getting into is important.

I tried their spicy shio or salt broth ramen. I really enjoy their noodle thats more silkier than ones in shin-sen gumi. Broth was good but had a lot of oil floating on top. My absolute favorite go-to ramen place is still shin-sen gumi but then fukusuke serves as a good alternative. I like the fact that this place has more space and less wait. I also tried their King Kong roll and spider roll. They were both average.

Choice of 3 types of Ramen: Shoyu, Shio, and Miso Ramen. I had the Spicy Miso ramen and it was delicious. Good portion size! Fukusuke is the same owner as Ikeda in HB. Like Ikeda, the service is good and the place is clean. Looks like I found my go-to ramen spot.

I didnt realize this neighborhood needed another ramen spot, but clearly I was wrong. The broth is very flavorful. I ordered an extra add on of roasted garlic oil that turned everything even more tasty. Friendly and fast service.

Ok the food was great and I actually give 5 stars for it. Problem is the only meat for the ramen is pork which really sucks for someone that doesnt eat red meat and they dont do to-go for ramen. WTH????

GREAT SERVICE, the waiter was very helpful in making suggestions on the menu. Food was brought to the table super fast, steaming hot and delicious.
