Initially uneven at the grand opening, settled down now to simply delicious, multi layered ramen. Regular tonkotsu is a must here, and the flavors build and build. You slurp the soup, yum. Then, eat a slice of pork and realize yum, they grilled the top edge, and added black pepper to give it more flavor. Keep going and you simply find a well balanced ramen bowl that has enough meat, etc to keep you happy and going. Then, after the food is all gone, you keep at the soup. Careful about dinner time parking - the Vietnamese restaurant a few doors down gets super busy with families, and youll circle and circle.

Had the Spicy Miso Ramen, it was superb! The staff was very cool, I felt like I was hanging out at a restaurant run by my friends. The interior is nice as well, very cool aesthetic. If you like spicy, this place is bomb! The ramen was cooked to perfection. The only complaint I have is that the pork wasnt as soft as I prefer, but its a minor complaint. Overall amazing experience. Im definitely coming back!

At this place, when we walked in, the owner wasnt there. It was super hot so we asked the server. She said the Ac was on but wasnt working. She later opened the door for some air, but it still didnt work out. They should at least have a fan for customers! Also, for 5 pieces for karage chicken, they overpriced it. The ramen was really good though

Ordered the butaton ramen and the veggie ramen. Both flavorful with great broth and a little heat from chili oil. Although a veggie broth will never be as thick and rich as a tonkatsu broth, they did a great job and I would order both again. The lunch combo is available from 11-3 all days for 12.95. Dollar extra for butaton ramen.

Service is good & attentive. Butaton ramen is good and broth is rich and flavorful. I personally would like a firmer more chewy noodle, but it is good. Will definitely come back to try other offerings on the menu.

First time eating ramen! It was great! Server was always making sure we didnt need anything else! My drink was always full! Very clean inside and looks modern. I would recommend it!
