Been coming to this location for many years and it seems like the quality of service and their food has gone down. First the service the waitress that we had was always in a rush, we would be asking her something and she would take off . So she and other waiters had to make multiple trips of getting items for us . I would suggest that the waiters need to be retrained, on asking is there anything else I can get for you. Also they never came by to see if we needed any thing else . At the very end the host came with the receipt and was about to take off also. Not even asking if we would like any boxes for our food . I do not really expect much for Asian run restaurants , but seriously its not that hard to ask customers is everything ok and do you need any boxes . The fried chicken was super big chunks compared to little bite size pieces that they used to have. Which made the chicken not fully cooked, we really could not complain since our waiters never came by .

Great food! Some of the best ramen I have had! Some times the service is slow which kind of kills the enjoyment of the food. Last time we were there we got our ramen first, then about 5 mins later we got our drinks, then lastly we got our appetizer. That was the only unpleasant time we had there. Otherwise its great. A bit pricy but then again were in California....... One key note - If you have a lowered car the parking lot is very unfriendly. Steep driveways, and speed bumps as high as curbs! If your car is low, enter the driveway on Colima Rd. then park out front. If all spots are taken do not go over that speed bump by the entrance to the underground parking! If you must, enter the steep driveway on Fullerton Rd. and go only into the underground parking dont venture over to the front parking unless you dont care for your undercarriage of you car.

I am not sure what type of ramen it is, but Ajisan Ramen is the only one I truly enjoy and I am always coming back for more. Ive also tried the other location in Temple City and it was the same great experience. My favorite is the House Special and my husband likes the Spicy Beef one. We tried the Crunch Sushi, but was not impressed enough to make me order it again. The Fried Calamari its a MUST if you are in a mood for an appetizer, though the Ramen itself it is a big portion. Service was fast and very polite, food came out quickly and it was great. Well come again.

Really enjoyed the ramen here! They have so many variations available and you can enjoy it from spicy to normal to BBQ flavored meats! The noodles have a nice bounce to it and the broth is flavorful . Its definitely different from the traditional but in a good way. The restaurant has plenty of seating! The menu is pretty large so youll need some time with it to pick your noodle destiny! Id come visit again! They also do takeout and are pretty quick about it when its not too busy!

Service was good. I ordered the Tan Tan Men which looked very delicious on the menu, when it came it wasnt good at all. The noodles were fairly tasty but the broth was terrible in my opinion. I also ordered some Gyoza which was actually pretty good. If they changed their broth I would probably reconsider coming back to this place, but as of right now Im not considering going back.

Ajisen is a ramen place that you go to when nothing else is open and you are craving some noodles. It is a solid restaurant, but it isnt Japanese ramen like the ramens at dedicated Ramen-yas nearby. The prices are good, and they have an extensive menu, though. Great for takeout, too! There is also a yogurt shop next door for dessert after you eat.

I just ordered the spicy beef and it was outstanding! The noodles were flavorful and the beef was tender. You could tell they use quality cuts of beef. The service was fast and friendly. I am going to make this my favorite place to eat. Next time I may try the sushi. I thought I saw spicy dragon sushi.

This place has some bomb raven, and plenty of delicious sides to boot! The seating is a little cramped in some places, but thats not too much of a problem. Service is friendly and quick, the food? Superb. They have great lunch-specials too, just dont drive up in a big car. Parking is also cramped.

Pretty good ramen spot the service is quick, servers are friendly and there is usually no wait. I love that they give you a lot of toppings, usually in most ramen places they only give you one slice of meat but Ajisen gives you a lot more, plus, half an egg and veggies.

Our go-to place for consistently good ramen and service. There was one incident a while back where the bozo waiter missed one order and tried to blame it on me. But that one unfortunate incident aside, this is still our favorite place in this neighborhood.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Besides that, the food is pretty good. I like the Temple city location better because of the parking and service. The one on Valley has ample parking underground and the food/service seems to be the best there.

I love this place! Its my second favorite ramen place, but first choice for my area. It almost had an authentic feel to the place and the ramen is so good. They also have a wide selection on their menu. Try the spicy tuna mix as an appetizer.

They have the best ramen i have tasted ever! In love with the miso ramen. I live 1 hour away but drive all the way over there because it is worth it. I am a very picky person with places but this place, hands down, the best for ramen

Lively atmosphere, great service, good food and portions. I loved #27 grilled pork on rice. Delish! Also Mon through Thursday two for one drinks! I highly recommend this place. For your rice or noodle pleasure.

The curry Ramen was delicious. Ate all of the noodles and drank all of the soup. Such a treat for a cold and rainy day. The noodles seemed so fresh. Although a bit small, the appetizers were delicious also.

Had been there about 7 times but the last time I was there, I was ignore and had to wait over 25 minutes until they realised they forgot to put in order. Wont be going back...really bad customer service.

nice ramen place, pretty consistent with their food. we often come during the week for lunch, is less crowded that way. parking is crowded and the spaces are small. weekday lunch has a good lunch menu

This place is always busy but it is 100%!worth the wait. The ramen is SO good. Great selection for ramen experts, but good choices for non adventurous people. Recommend the fried chicken ramen.

Theres something for everyone here - ramen, fried rice, yakiudon, salad, sushi... The menu is fun to look at, and the food doesnt disappoint. Only complaint is the lack of service.
