Customize your own delicious giant sandwich :) When we would visit from the Midwest, wed always look forward to Hole in the Wall. Our favorite is Dutch crunch bread with marinated tofu! When my family was visiting, they were full from one sandwich and a bag of chips. The entrance is easy to miss, so watch carefully, or even enter from the side street instead. Also, they close a bit early, which is a bummer when were looking for food and cant go there. Also, it seems like there should be a way to streamline the ordering process to make it easier for newbies.. Step 1 pick a a bread, step 2 meat/tofu, step 3 cheese, step 4 veggies, step 5 salt/pepper, step 6 sauce. Actually, Im still not sure of the sequence lol. We just kind of wait for them to ask, then look at the paragraph of that item (veggies or cheese, etc) and say what we want. Id like to be a better customer, but I need some sort of left to right or numbers to follow because we dont go there often enough.

WHAAAT? Still in business after 30+ years?! It is no wonder because their massive, delicious, and *FRESH* sandwiches are the BOMB! The bread is fresh baked everyday and the meat, veggies, and cheeses are top notch! Our favorites are the *DUNGENESS CRAB* sandwich on Fridays (a steal at $13.95 and usually too much to eat at one meal!) and the super popular... Roasted Turkey, dipped in Aus Jus, then piled high on a soft Dutch Crunch roll. Adding Cheddar cheese before laying down the meat is EPIC! Yummy! Warm, soft, cheesy, meaty, and scrumptous! Do it! Support LOCAL sandwich shops and get yours here! Oh, the variety of side salads, chips, cookies, and drinks make this the perfect spot to hit on your way to the beach!

I will never go there again. Customer service was good. The but the way she made my sandwich was nasty. First off she didnt wash her hands after she handled cash until she grabbed my bread and I asked her to wash her hands, then I said I wanted salami and as she put the salami on there was only 7 pieces wth that big ass bread and thats all the meat you put on it. The mayonnaise was looking more like oil then anything. Sorry but I wont return to this Place people call the best sandwiches ever it was gross. The CO OP has better sandwiches and better prices and way more meat for the price you pay. Nasty place to eat

We were looking for a sandwich shop, literally a hole in the wall and were shocked that we found Hole in the Wall! Sandwiches are awesome! Sandwiches loaded with meat, cheese and if you want avocado, watch out, because they are generous with the avocados! No olives, but I lived! The staff is great, smiles and willing to help! You really need to try this place! I am so glad that we love seeking out hole in the wall types of restaurants!

Went to this place in April of 2017. Someone else ordered the food inside, but when the food arrived, it was okay. I got a Philly Cheesesteak and the bread to meat ratio was a little too heavy to the bread side. However, I would definitely try this place again. On a nice day, the two or three picnic tables make for a nice, sunny spot beside at the restaurant at which to dine.

Were traveling cross country and stopped here based on reviews. We ordered two sandwiches but shouldve just split one since theyre so huge! They do not have any indoor seating, but gave us directions to place on the waterfront where we could pullover, get out of the car and enjoy lunch. Good food. Good prices. Great staff.

Love, Love, Love! The bestest sammiches ever! My go-to favorite is the crab, served on Friday. Staff is very friendly and attentive as they remember my preferences. The food is high quality plus they make mac salad that is super yummy and fresh cookies too. I visit weekly, you need to also.

Stopped in while passing through, couldnt have been more pleased. The size of the sandwich was great. You will definitely be full. Everything was fresh and the girls working were friendly and helpful. This is the place to get a good sandwich in Eureka.

We tried out the Pastrami and the Chicken Parmesan sandwiches and were both stuff from the large sandwiches. The staff on duty were very friendly and provided their advice to customers who asked what ingredients and bread choices went well together.

Giant and delish! Driving from Oregon at San Francisco, we were all starving. My husband and I shared one, and are stuffed. My daughter and her friend wanted different meats, so they each ate half of their own.

Best sandwiches in Humboldt county. Name says the best way to explain it, it is a hole in the wall for a sandwiches. Great fresh bread with fresh meats and veggies. Go there if you want a local sandwich, PERIOD.

Ive been to Hole In The Wall five times. Ive been happy with my food once. Not that its particularly bad; I just would prefer to go to Deos in Henderson Center or across the street to Eureka Natural Foods deli.

The best BBQ Pork sandwich Ive ever had. Very friendly staff and *huge* tasty sandwiches. They also sell 5 gallon buckets for cheap, if you need one of those for some reason.

The sandwiches here are so fresh! Way more delicious than Subway. Pricey, but worth the price. I would recommend Hole in the Wall to all of my friends :)
