Good solid Mexican food with enough taste to satisfy. Good salsa and chips. Really good service too. The staff was gabbing a lot amongst themselves, which would annoy me if the service was even a little bit off. But it was perfect in fact, so I say, go ahead and chat and have some fun. I like it when the staff is happy AND does an excellent job! The owner (or maybe manager) was very welcoming to us at 8:45pm. We asked if it was still ok to order some food since the sign said they closed at 9pm. He said sure, and that we would have at least an hour to eat our meal. No problem. Now thats good business sense. He wins a nice review on google and yelp, plus I will definitely eat at this restaurant again when I pass through (this boring, dead little town).

Traveling on I-5, we stopped in Corning for lunch. Casa Ramos was over the bridge, off the freeway. We found it easily in a shopping center at the first stop light. The decor was delightfully fresh and ethnic, considering it was Mexican food. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The food arrived fresh and hot and was delicious. Four adult orders, plentiful and attractively plated, not one complaint and we all took doggie bags with us when we left. Easy return to the freeway to resume our journey.

This place must solely exist to serve travellers on I-5 because I cant imagine anyone would eat here more than once. The food was pricey and on the verge of inedible. The chips tasted like solidified and burned vegetable oil and I couldnt eat them. The beans and enchilada I had were gross as well, overly salted and soupy. About the only thing I couldnt complain about was the rice which is pretty hard to screw up. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Skip and go somewhere else.

I stopped there on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy at all. I believe there were only two other tables with guests. It took a long time for my order to get placed and even longer for my food to get out to me. My food came out overcooked and burnt and the plate it came out on was extremely hot. For as long as I had to wait, I expected to get a good meal but it was mediocre at best. The staff was nice but the service and quality lacked.

The food has always been fair, though depending what time you go it has been either great, or just meh. The problem with this is that this joint is seriously pricey. If your going to pay 13-16 bucks for a burrito it better be good. Sadly, for such a price Ive always sighed when paying after eating. I think if the prices were better, it would match the quality and thus if certainly rate it better.

Very Good Authinic Mexican restaurant! I been to a lot of Caso Ramos Places and this is the best! Food is Great chilie Relleno excellent! I love the tasty chips and salsa to die for. Excellent service and staff! Chuy the waiter was really nice and greeted us with friendly smile! Over all my favorite Casa Ramos!

Its expensive for Mexican. If it was good then that would be ok, but in my opinion not worth the price. Seemed as though all the food had been cooked long ago and was dry or rubbery. The only reason I rated them a 3 instead of a 1 was cause thier tomatillo salsa was awesome and they had great service

Not sure whats happening here but place used to be a lot better. Seems like its just sloppy Mexican food which is pretty disappointing because its the only decent bar in town. Servers are great, always remember you and willing to help but food has gone down hill
