I could eat chipotle everyday, that said, I love it. Typically. This location, as with so many more, is not consistant. Small portions and employees that just want to rush you through the line. Half a spoon of rice? Cmon. Asked for "extra" salsa at that point to ensure Id get at least the usual amount. She responded by putting the portion into two smaller scoops to make it appear like she put in more. The cashier was nice, though. Most usetting part was...No tabasco sauce! There was maybe half an inch in the remaining bottle! Looked around at tables and no one else seemed to have any either. Its a gamble, some times you win, others you loose.

This Chipotle is pretty unique compared to others Ive been to because Ive never seen it crowded. Its very clean and quiet and a little bit nestled in the middle of Kent Station. Great parking and easy to get in and out. They are courteous and generous with their servings of meat, and Ive always had a good experience here. One complaint I have always had is that adding Guacamole to your burrito or bowl is horribly overpriced, But that has nothing to do with the quality of the food or service.

A fast food version of good quality food that is not engineered or artifical like McDonalds, you know what I mean. The burritos are very good - I usually get the veggie only type with no meat. Free sour cream and all the fixings. Yummy! Izze or the chips we have had and they are fabulous. One time I was sitting in the restaurant and I got a free burrito coupon for my next visit. I was grateful!

I LOVE Chipotle but this location, not so much. I ordered a barbacoa taco and the employee barely put any barbacoa into the taco. When he asked what else I wanted in my taco I said Id like some meat in my taco. He showed me the inside of the taco, didnt offer to add more (so that it actually had a serving in it). I basically got a lettuce and salsa taco.

I ordered online and also order extra meat, when i got to eat my food there wasnt any chicken at all. I was very upset. I understand getting at a small portion of chicken, but not getting any chicken at all, made me very upset.

The food here was cold and the workers seemed to all be in a deep fog. I would not want to see the kitchen. Move on to a place that you wont worry after seeing a worker not wash her hands after being in the restroom.
