Ive been to Chipotle before several times but not this location and didnt have any issues. This time i ordered 2 burritos at the Hazel Dell location. There was hard pieces of rice in both, and the pieces of lettuce in my burrito were the ends of the romaine they chopped. I had 4 of them in my burrito. They were pretty big pieces and hard. Im surprised they dont pull those out. They need to have better quality when it comes to their toppings. With how much they charge, i expect more.

It gets backed up very easily at this location and can have around 10 people in line quite frequently. The music was also extremely loud, which forced the customers to talk very loud and made for a hectic establishment. The guy making my burrito was very quiet and I actually had to have him repeat many times because I could literally not make out what he was saying. However, the food was enjoyable, but expensive for what it was.

Super friendly staff. We got to the end of the line with two chicken bowls and chips and no drinks, so not a huge ticket item or anything, and they said one of the bowls was on them for this visit! Then they took the time to walk around the restaurant and ask if everything was tasting good. I ALWAYS love Chipotle regardless but its nice when you can tell that the staff goes above and beyond.

The staff were hit or miss and it was disconcerting watching the food that I was ordering by thrown together like I was in a chow hall (almost felt like I was back in the military). My burrito was OK, but uneven - one bite would be bland while the next had flavor. Ill continue to go to my usual (real) Mexican restaurant.

Nice clean location with super friendly staff. If you live in the outer reaches of SW Washington (Longview, Kelso, Woodland, etc.), this is the closest Chipotle to get your jones for burritos satisfied, conveniently located just off of I-5. Headed north, this is your last chance to load up for the road trip!

Its a Chipotle. Its like the others, fast, pretty good. The girl making my burrito must have been new? She stuffed it so big she needed 2 tortillas, which I appreciate but I am trying to not get too fat. It was fine, anyway, only ate there once, it was fine. Standard chipotle.

Told the server, and cashier three times I wanted chips, and a drink. Then when I paid, I asked about my chips, and drink they had a blank look on their faces. I only billed you for your bowl. If you werent so busy socializing youd be able to do your job correctly!

The gentleman making the rice bowls , worked fast , was polite. Excellent customer service. We asked him to change his gloves due to celiac, he was happy to accommodate. This was today at 220. This gentleman deserves a raise !!
