I woud suggest making a reservation as we wanted to go to this place many times however it is such a busy place it is hard to be seated without one. With that said we did go without a reservation, but the only reason we were seated relatively quickly was because it was during world series games this past year. Congrats to the Giants!!! Great selection of food to accommodate carnivore + vegetarian couple. I have two word for you calamari steak it was a tender delight. I have lived in California for just 3 years and this is the best grilled calamari steak I have had out here. Until my dinner here I almost gave up on ordering any calamari because all other times I was always disappointed. The eggplant parmesan was a poem of flavors This is a special occasion place for us and the occasion that day was that we finally got in with out a reservation. :) A must when you visit Tiburon it is for us.

Don Antonios Trattoria is the place to eat in Tiburon if you want fine Italian cuisine. The ravioli that i ordered was outstanding ,it melted in my mouth. writing this i am looking forward to having more on my next visit. The garlic bread is absolutely amazing! i have never had garlic bread that was even close to as good as this stuff. I grew up in New York and have been to Gilroy for the Garlic Festival. Seriously the garlic bread olone is reason to stop in. Tell Don Antionio that Mike sent you! I ordered a bud light but they dont have it. so i tried the Italian lager that they have and it was excellent. My girlfriend was very happy with her wine, and i tried a bite of her chicken parmigiano., very good stuff! I would recomend Don Antionos to anyone who is visiting Tiburon and wants the best food. And any local who has not eaten there yet is missing out on the good stuff.

Don Antonio Trattoria is our favorite family Italian restaurant. The ambiance is charming and cozy; the service is superb, checking to make sure we were taken care of and enjoying our meals but not overbearing; the wine selection is lovely; and the menu is authentic Italian. Been to Don Antonios at least four times, and we have never had a disappointing meal. My favorite is the Insalata di Casa (with the works), Calamari Fritti (in a light batter), and Pescatore for the main course (a generous variety of shellfish, prawns, calamari over pasta). After dinner, you can take a lovely stroll down Main Street to magnificent views of the SF Bay and even catch a late show at the Tiburon Theater. There is lot parking for a fee (restaurant validates 1 hr.), but you can also find parking spots on the street.

Outstanding service and bread, not to mention a very beautiful setting. It feels very authentic, especially because the names of everything was in its origonal Italian. As mentioned earlier, their bread is superb, and their food is very filling. Great place to go to if your visiting town. The price is right for a quality Italian Restaurant.

My wife and went here for the first time on our date night. We loved it! The pasta is all made in house. It tasted like I was back in Rome; Tony is a fantastic owner makes you feel like you are one of the family. This place wa highly recommended to us and it did not disappoint. Bravo!

Great food, friends and atmosphere. I have visited a friend in Tiburon 2x in the past year and Don Antonios has been on the list both times. Never disappointed with the food and wine. Don is always there to greet you at the door.
