Every food items in the menu is A-1 except we found a strand of human hair in their steamed rice. Thus the 3 stars rating. More quality control is needed such as donning hair-nets for those who prep foods in the kitchen. Also for HOT menu items such as Soups,Teas and Sizzling Plates, make sure they are really, really piping-hot! Plus the soap dispenser in the Mens toilet is EMPTY. Otherwise, we would be back to dine again in the future and be more vigilant to point out things that might need some more improvements.

They need to have a better customer service. There was only one lady at the front and she is like a separate seller. So people has to ring a bell so that people from the kitchen shows up at the front. I spent like 15 minutes without realizing that I actually had to press that bottom.. ling nam restaurant

Good food... but this is my third time to order and wait for hekka long even I came in first than other customers... cooks dont write down the orders and forgets it... almost done with meal and other order hasnt started makin it yet... had to cancel order... next time.. focus on the orders cooks!!!

Amazing sizzling pork chops. I rarely write reviews about a place, but I just had the sizzling pork chop plate and it was better than some meals that I have paid $$$ for. This place was really cheap as well and will be my new favorite stop whenever I pick up friends from SFO.

Lumpia and Bihon were fresh and complex, however, the Diniguan was flat and boring. Im a chef and have eaten Diniguan all over Asia and here in America, and Id rate this amongst the worst. Service was OK and the restaurant was clean.
