The food is great but the service definitely need improvement. The wait was long while our server was nice and pleasant. There were definitely too many steps for the kitchen staffs to walk the cooked food to the service counter. The outline of kitchen and prepared/cooked dishes are not functioning as a unit. Thus, it makes the kitchen staffs doing extra and unnecessary walking. There was also short on service staffs, only one to serve the entire dinner rush. One new hire staff was present, but lacking clear direction as to what to do, so he just stood there and not doing much of anything. I hope to see improvement in their service in our next visit.

Naruto ramen offers great tasting ramen in a comfortable environment. There are more than 10 different types of ramen to choose from so there is something for everyone. I had the spicy tonkotsu miso and an order of curoquettes. The curoquettes were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. For my ramen the broth was rich and flavorful and the noodles were not to tough or soft. The pork belly could have been a little more tender and the eggs were superb. Overall this is one if the best ramen places Ive been to without having to drive to LA.

Was actually expecting not to like this place. I came at lunch time, the place was small and empty. Took a look at the menu. I was very disappointed at the choices because there werent a lot to choice from and was not familiar with the food. I asked the waiter a recommendation so I had the R3 spicy miso Ramen tonkatsu and green tea with lemonade. Waited a while for it to come and when it did this is how it looked like. I was very hesitant to taste it, but at the end this bowl was empty. I am a satisfied customer. I would come here again.

Im giving this 5 stars not because its the best Ramen anywhere, but it is really good for being close and Im rooting for it. Actually, the Chashu (pork cutlets) are more flavorful and tender than any I have had (order double portion) and worthy of the epic name. The broth is good, intentionally not too salty, choice of wheat or egg noodles, and spicy or spicy misu options (not mix in but can choose your spice level on order). Lastly, its quick enough for a lunch break and the owner seems genuinely committed to serve the best Ramen.

We went just before they closed, so maybe we just got the old food, because it tasted old. Also the place is tiny, not too much space, a lot of people were waiting to outside for a seat (dont get this confused because its popular),. I think people just go there because its called "Naruto", an anime restaurant...so not only my food, but my wifes and daughters food was not that good. They were also unhappy.. Maybe just put a little more love into the food and it will be better.

Havent really tried ramen at a restaurant before; usually it was a college staple for me. Tried the Rte 66, which was a large bowl with spicy pork and noodles. I honestly never thought that ramen could taste this good. My only nit to pick is the service was rather slow during lunch. The place definitely appeals to the college and otaku crowd, which is alright with me.

The food is always good. I come quite regularly and they are incredibly consistent with quality, taste, and presentation. My only complaint is the music. Its always loud and trendy and I just want to watch Naruto. They play it constantly, why not just let that audio play sometimes? Its way more entertaining than the top 40 songs over and over and over again.

My first time at a ramen place and it was really darn good! Friendly waiters/waitresses made the new experience welcoming. I enjoyed a pork and rice bowl, and my friend had ramen. And we also had a "Naruto Bun", probably the highlight of our visit! Cant really describe the flavor, you have to experience it personally, but it is delicious. Strongly recommended

This place is very close to my condo, about 5 minute drive. I love ramen and although this place doesnt offer much in customization like Shin-Sen-Gumi, it is still really good! The premium pork was so tender and delicious. The waitress was also really nice. The food took a little longer than expected with only three tables to take care of.

Good ramen, Naruto playing in the TVs, price is pretty standard, our server was pleasant. Overall, as a fan of the anime, they could have done a lot better with the decor, but the menu is good, food looks and tastes good, and they ha ve a dish specifically dedicated to Naruto. I think my final rating would be about 3.5.

They have some pretty good vegan options! I was a little weary but this place didnt disappoint. Ive never had kelp noodles before. They were quite good. This will be a new spot for me whenever Im in town. Also, they were totally showing Naruto episodes when I walked in. Extra star just for that.

There was a short wait to be seated, but the prices are great, and The Ramen I had was the most unbelievably delicious food Ive ever eaten in my life. Its my new Number 1 favortie food, Im just disappointed I live so far from the place... Or else Id be here several times a week.

My husband and I came here when the first opened and thought the quality was good. We came back multiple times afterwards. The service has improved since they first opened. They have Naruto playing on the tv. With their multiple ramen, you can also make it a combo!

I love the flavour and the people who work here. They are very friendly. Cant go wrong with reasonably priced ramen with great flair and friendly staff. I got the R2 Spicy Pork Tonkotsu with a Soft Boiled Egg......absolutely delicious. Awesome place!!

Best spicy ramen in town and very friendly staff! The owner even took time to talk to us while he was very busy and tell us about the origin of their secret recipes. Weve been to ramen all over Los Angeles and this is our favorite spot!

+ Probably the only good spot in the sgv for a ramen centric restraunt. ++Better than most Japanese restaurant attempts at ramen. ++Can get real spicy - Wish the egg was standard. - Didnt get refills on my drink.

The place overall is good. The flavor of the ramen is above average. They know how to make soft boiled eggs. The only issue is that its not consistent. The eggs have the tenderness and egg runs that I like.

One of our favorite places to go too for good food. Ramen is fresh and amazing so are their rice dishes, my favorite being the Katsu Curry plate. Tonight its R1, R6, Chasu bowl and Curry Rice bowl. Yum!

Ramen was very good. Prices seem a bit high, but you get a lot of food for it. They have other options for appetizers and desserts, letting you have a unique experience from other asian food places.
