Hello. Atmosphere was great! Loved it. Delicious! This is the grammar police. I just finished my bowl of ramen and it was delicious.. but during the whole meal, a thought kept echoing in my mind. When I was ordering I looked at the menu and saw that I could order roasted garlic sauce with my ramen. Later on the realize that the word "roasted" on the menu was spelt "rosted". ... What was rosted? Was i being fooled? Was rosted a type of garlic? An onion? Even a variety of fruit? What was rosted and what did rosted want? Was it merely a typo? Whatever it was, it needs to be fixed. Who knows whatll be next.. Ramen spelt as Ramon? ... Who is Ramon.

I ordered the spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, the first thing on the menu, and it exceeded my expectations. Theres no need to drive all the way out to Little Tokyo for Japanese Ramen. The broth is thick and the pork belly inside the soup is so savory. The service was so speedy and all the workers were very friendly. The best part is, the free bowl of rice that comes after a purchase of a Ramen. I was never really one for Japanese ramen but this is the only restaurant Ill come to for Japanese ramen. The music choice and decor of the restaurant gives off a very chill vibe. Definitely recommend!

The ramen here is amazing. We have eaten here multiple times and this place never dissapoints. My personal favorite is the Tonkotsu with additional black garlic oil. My wife loves the LA Tan Tan Men. I have also tried the Truffle ramen and it is very flavorful. As for the place, seating is communal style, with no specific tables. You either sit in the big table in the middle, or around the perimeter of the restaurant. Service is also good. We typically get our ramen less than 10 mins from placing our order. We will definitely keep coming back!

The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious! The broth was very rich, which is what I look for in a quality, filling ramen bowl. They have a long list of add-ins, and I added mayu, menma, and red ginger. They do not skimp on their add-ins! The amount of red ginger they added was plenty to split between my bowl and my boyfriends. He also enjoyed his Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with mayu and corn. The hot sake was nice and hot, and the genmai tea was very good. We are excited to come back to try the Truffle ramen!

Originally wanted to check out the new ramen spot at the mall nearby but the wait time was going to be 2 hrs. Not happening. So, we Googled ramen places nearby and found R101. So. Glad. We. Did. The place has an authentic feel and the menu is so simple that it only has 4 different ramen choices. We havent even gotten our bowls yet but I know Im going to love it. The waitress was so helpful and sweet that it seems like we found the ramen heaven

Ive tried almost every ramen spot in LA, and this place is hands-down the best. The LA tan tan broth is rich and creamy. The chasu melts in your mouth. The egg is cooked to runny perfection every time. I also love their red ginger and fried onions. The service is friendly and efficient, the food is fast, and weve never had to wait for a table. Only downside is how addictive it is. I crave it all the time now.

I highly recommend this ramen place! I got the spicy tonkotsu with pork belly and burnt spicy level. It it exactly what I want when I request for spicy! The broth is also super creamy and flavorful and the pork belly is super tender! The service was also super on point which I really appreciate! I will defminutely be back and recommend my friends to try it. Thanks for the awesome ramen R101!

This place is super near our house and it has been our go-to ramen place whenever we crave for Japanese food. My husband has tried multiple ramen places across the US and according to him this is the best by far. Weve brought our family here and they loved the chashu-don (garlic pork appetizer) and the tonkotsu ramen! Dont forgot to try the tonkotsu ramen with the black garlic oil :)

Fast and friendly service. Great ramen. I had the tonkotsu with a perfect soft boiled egg (firm outside, gelatinous inside), and my son had an intense truffle ramen that came with bamboo chutes. The ramen comes with a few toppings including a choice of meat, so you dont pay extra for everything beyond the noodles like you do at some places. We split a huge macaron for dessert.

This is one of Da Best Ramen restaurants that I have been to...Da food is off Da Chain or what we would say in Hawaii "So ONO broke Da mouth" My wife and I try to eat here every Saturday. Their truffle shoyu ramen is liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit! Its so rich and flavorful. And their happy hour 2PM-6PM????? Do I even need to explain why I have so many question marks? Cause I wont. This place was awesome! The service was quick and everyone was nice and helpful. The food was also very great, unlike nothing Ive had before! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen (what I was told was a safe choice for my first time here) and I loved it! Im from out of town but would definitely come again if I have the chance. 5 stars for sure!

For the last year I have only ordered to go and R101 has been my favorite local Ramen joint. The food is always ready when I arrive and packaged nicely. Today I ate in the restaurant for the first time and it was even more delicious there. The prices are reasonable and the service is wonderful. It is my go-to Ramen in Glendale.

This is your average ramen bar, nothing special. There broth is nothing to existing, very clean, smooth, but bland. They chrarge you for every additional item from, bamboo shoots to chili paste, down to spring onions. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind paying more for exotic ingredient like truffle oil, but chili paste?!

I love Japanese ramen, but I could never find a good ramen place around where I live. After eating at R101, theres no need to drive all the way to Little Tokyo because the ramen here tastes just as good! I recommend this place to all the ramen lovers! You wont regret! And also theres free rice which is a plus!

We got the tonkatsu and the LA Tan Tan and they were both delicious. Im picky about the flavor of my broth but I thought this was delicious! Last time we visited the garlic chicken rice bowl and that was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for good ramen Im Glendale
