Worst. Service. Ever. Took the wife to a movie over at AZ Mills and we were a little early so we stopped in here for a bite. The sign said "Seat Yourself" so we did. About 5 minutes later we start wondering if it also meant serve yourself too. After that a group comes in and sits in the booth behind us and the waitress comes right out and not only helps them first but then goes about her business like we were invisible. So my wife goes up and asks for menus and such and is told that our server would be right out to help us...which she eventually was. We put in our drink orders and when she brought the drinks we were already ready as we had been there before and loved the food so we put in our food orders too. Shortly after she brings out the fries and we snack and converse as people do when they go out to eat. About 20 minutes later the food follows (from a different server, we never saw the first girl again) and we eat as much as we can in the short amount of time we have left before the movie. Since no one ever returned to the table we went to the counter to get to go boxes and the check. We get the boxes but were told the server would be over to give us the check so we return to the table, box up the food and wait.....and wait....and wait. So we just grab the food and head up to the register. Finally someone comes up to the register, prints out the bill, takes my card, the usual. But when the guy behind the counter gives me the slip to sign, against my better judgement I still leave a tip because its hard for me not to because I too am in the service industry and I know that is what these guys live off of...I immediately regret my decision as no one returns to take the slip from me and put it in the register. One guy kept walking by us again like we were invisible and everyone else...idk...went home maybe? Even though it was mid afternoon everyone else I guess had better stuff to do. Even though the service this time was complete garbage the food was delicious as usual (even if it was a little greasy thats to be expected of a 50s style burger joint.)

If you find yourself hungry inside of Arizona Mills mall and you dont want to hang around in the food court, head on in to this chain restaurant. This location is always busy but the employees are genuinely nice and accommodating. I like a good cheeseburger so i alter between the Classic Special and the Original, with cheddar and served on a brioche bun. They have condiments available to you such as sweet pickles, jalapenos, and other such peppers. The burgers seem to be a little more done than i generally prefer, as they are almost charred looking but the meat is juicy and it just adds to their flavor. I find the fries a little bland but to each their own, nothing a little ketchup or salt and pepper cant fix. The prices are fair, maybe just a little steeper than you would expect, but its a well worth treat.

First, I went to the Johnny Rockets on 107th Ave & McDowell. The service was poor and the food was extremely greasy. I had to take a napkin and wipe off my burger in order to get some of the grease off. Second, that night after eating here, my entire family was throwing up, including my 2-year-old son! I informed the restaurant that I believe we got food poisoning, to which I was told to call someone else, who offered me free meals there on "my next visit." I did not call to get free food, I called because I did not want any other parents having to experience their young children or themselves dealing with what I had to go through. Please dont bring your families or yourself here.

While walking the mall with my three young kids we stopped in Johnny Rockets for a quick snack so they would have enough strength to complete the circuit. We were their only customers, only ordered some fries and three waters, yet we were treated like royalty. Crayons and coloring pages for the three kids, ketchup smily faces, they danced for us and always a smile for the kids from everyone. I really appreciated it.

Just found out that they took away the boca patty as a vegetarian option and switching it with a bean patty. I am so disappointed, it was the only reason I came to Jonny rockets. Being a vegetarian there are not many places that serve boca patties. So sad.. staff is great though. <|3

My son said his hamburger was delicious and really liked the fries. Bottomless fries and drinks. A good selection of milkshakes. My hamburger was dried out like a drive-thru burger. You can make a way better hamburger at home for a 1/4 of the price.

Just stopped in for a quick meal while at the mall. Our waitress Elisabeth was quick to greet us and put a smile on our faces. The food tasted great. Prices are medium to medium high but its worth it.

Went with my husband and two girls we are from California. What a disappointment no flavor worst cheese fries ever. And it was about $55. Would never go there again.
