Poor customer service, slow & poor service. My first visit here was about a week ago at the drive-in around 3:30 am. Even though there was only one car in front of me (and I only ordered one item), it took 30 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous. I asked the guy at the window (assistant manager) for a soda refill for the long wait. He said no (not only does this cost the store next to nothing, its good customer service). Jeez. I came back about an hour later to the drive-thru, the same day, and ordered a combo meal. I got the wrong sandwich (hamburger, not a chicken sandwich), dr. pepper, not coke, and regular fries, not curly. Unfortunately, I did not open the bag until I was halfway home (even if I had NOT been 60+ miles away, I doubt I would have gone back to exchange, with the 30 minute wait in line). Only way to get a refund was to contest the $11.45 charge on my credit card. Jeez. Third (and hopefully last) time I was there was last night. Almost 20 minutes to get 2 tacos inside the location (and there was only one other customer there). Why so long when not busy? I have been to JIBs that WERE busy and it didnt take 20 minutes to get 2 tacos. The location has modified their drive-thru window to accommodate late-night drunk student/customers that walk-up (stumble?). I think this is great for the "apres-drink" crowd, but really slows things down for the rest of us.

I parked in the jack and the box parking lot to go next door to run a quick errand then to go back and eat at jack in the box. I was gone for 15 minutes and when I came back my car was gone. I walked into jack and the box and the manager told me my car was towed. He was so incredibly rude and not sympathetic at all! I then called the towing company to find out where my car was and they said I have to come pick it up at the towing place and it will cost me $135 to pick it up. My daughter and I had to wait for an hour In the 120 degree weather to wait for an uber to come pick us up. I will never come to this jack and the box ever again. This place and people who work here are so inhuman, I wouldnt recommend coming to eat here!!!

Ive never been treated like such a lower level life form anywhere else in my life, honestly for no visible reason at all other than straight up rude ass discrimination, unfortunately cause the manager is such a scared guy hiding in the back behind his line and crew members I cannot get even the slightest response to any of my inquiries ever, so I honestly dont know if its based on his ignorance towards me racially, my sexual orientation, or a combination of both somehow...not mention he treats his ethnic employees like less intelligent people compared to how he treats his Caucasian employees and thats obvious daily in how he yells at them in front of the entire dining room whether full of customers or not...

ive been going here from when i was 13 im now 19, they have been good. but there are reasons as too why they are the way they are. think on where they are at.... there are homeless people that go in there rude to them an treat them like crap, not only that college kids who are rude an drunk an others who go in there drunk... they get treated like crap... ive been gone a year an now they wont let people hardly ever get there drinks at the drink place.... cause people will go in there an have bottles an fill them up. ive seen it done. other then all that they are a good place to go an eat at.. just dumb people go in there an act like they are rats

This franchise business has the rudest customer service representatives that I have ever met. This past weekend my children and I visited this particular location and were treated like common thieves by the cashier and the security staff. We were polite to their rudeness at first contact, but their inconsiderate and ill tempered staff was close to being Gestapo and abusive to us, their customers. Their store was cluttered and several tables were unclean, as well their bathrooms were unsanitary. Needless to say, we will never return.

JACK and THE BOX OWNERS HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH A TOWING COMPANY Buy food here and watch your car disappear to a dark fenced in dangerous towing yard in phoenix. Dont park here. ever. had receipts for food at time of towing they wher 2 minutes difference. Still tried to con 200 dollar for of me for towing.. Got the cops and got my car back for 0.00. AS for jack and box food. That also get one star. I wondered why the parking lot for this place had no cars parked. There con job is BLOWN right here!

I have owned and run several restaurants and understand the need to focus on the customer. I visited this Jack in the Box with my daughter who is looking at ASU. I have never seen or understand an owner who does not care about the customer like this place. Even if my daughter goes to ASU, I will never visit this place or advise anyone I know to go this establishment. For the owner/mgt to forget they dont exist without the customer is horrendous.

Small sometimes packed. Absolutely do not park in the Jack in the Box parking lot if you arent eating there. A couple times a day a tow truck guy comes in, he checks even the bathrooms and yells for everyone to hear hes going to start towing. I see it happen all the time especially when people want to come down to the bars, they have a hard time finding places to park so they park there & get towed. Their staff is friendly for the most part.

DO NOT PARK AT JACK IN THE BOX ON 7TH ST AND MILL AVE, THEY HAVE A DUMBASS WHO WATCHES FOR YOU TO LEAVE THEN THEY TAKE OFF WITH YOUR CAR EVEN IF YOU ORDERED $2O+ FOOD.. SERIOUSLY MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY, MAKE SURE IF YOU DO GET TOWED HAVE PD TO GO WITH YOU TO PICK UP TOUR VEHICLE AS THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR CAR FOR RANSOM, BY THE WAY ONE GUY CAMPS AT THE TOP OF THE RAMP BY JACK IN THE BOX WATCHIN TO SEE IF PEOPLE LEAVE.

The cashier/ server has loud music playing every morning. Its very unprofessional and I go there every morning for breakfast. Until now. I ordered a burrito. It was sloppy falling apart and ur supposed to get a small cup of salsa with it. After he said no salsa he tossed my food on the counter. I am really disappointed. That was my breakfast joint. I hope corporate sees this and corrects it for future customers.

This place will have your car towed even if you eat there and leave the property! We have a baby and left for 20 minutes and came back our car was gone! Had to stand in the heat with out 5 month old to figure out where our car was and wait for a uber driver! Had to pay $155! This will put us way back. They cant hold your car for ransom its against the law! Ask them to send you a bill if you can pay!
