Great people, great beer! Incredible staff, owner, and chefs, not cooks.....chefs with cutting edge menu ideas. Love the simple menu that makes the "specials" all the more special. My 7 yr. old son and I are so hooked on the $3 sliders, we havent tried much else besides the specials .....shame on us. FRESH all - natural ingredients like bison beef and high quality pastrami. Prices reasonable considering the large sizes of the meals. Great hot German potato salad and spicy cole slaw. And now for the important part....BEER....great and reasonably priced. Love the casks and the variety offered from ales to stouts and from lower ABVs to higher ABVs. Another great little thing they do is provide games at every table such as Chinese checkers, chess, back gammon....to name a few. Party friendly AND family friendly and a great outdoor patio which is always open if it is warm enough. And now they have happy hour, as if it wasnt happy enough! SO grateful to have such a great brewery right her in PV without having to drive all the way to Prescott. I hope they continue to be appreciated and get the business needed to continue to offer PV such an awesome local experience!

Very impressed with this little gem that is hidden in PV. Their IPAS are all very enjoyable and they have some really great mixed drinks featuring Thumb Butte Distillary brand hard liquor. I love that they feature locally distilled hard alcohol, as that is not seen enough in my opinion. Now onto the food. They make alot of their food from scratch and you can definitley tell it is made with passion and love. They have great appetizers like wings and homemade artichoke dip, but we have only ever had the hummus plate with grilled flatbread and veggies and the skewered chicken with flatbread and a homemade tzatziki sauce (because DUH). They have some really yummy looking burgers and other entrees but l we usually get whatever special they are offering. Tonight was they BBQ brisket sandwich and it was B.O.M.B. Hands down best brisket I have had since being in Texas. It was juicy, full of flavor and was accompanied by an amazing bbq sauce. I had to have extra. Swing in and try this little treasure, you will have a new favorite place, I promise. . .

We tried this place last night and came back today! To say this is the best kept secret in Prescott is an understatement! The beer? Dont get me started! Its AMAZING and there are items you just wont find anywhere else! Im a personal fan of Apricot Sour and the Old Dame! Just dont be the designated driver! Yesterday we shared the Gouda Burger and it was FANTASTIC! Today we did the Gyro Pizza and the Sweet Chipotle Wings!!!!!!!! Omg!!!!!! Whoever is the creative source behind all of the brews and food is a MASTERMIND!!! Seriously we need one of these in the Valley! We. Will. Be. Back. For. Sure! We read the reviews giving average ratings and were a little scared but figured the beer would be good! Let me tell you, if you let the other reviews scare you away, youre the loser! Just a couple of suggestions for the owner. Stop selling yourself short and make the ambience come up to your skill! Raise the volume of your amazing music choices and lower the lighting a bit. And never never never stop your amazing creativity!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Im surprised by the good reviews. The staff was friendly but completely incompetent. When we seated it was over ten minutes before we were approached and by that time we looked up what we wanted on our phones, which was good considering we got our drink order and still no menus. After waiting almost an hour for the food, the runner spilled BBQ sauce all over the ground and us, and never came back to clean it up. We had to ask our server to have someone come clean it up. The food was subpar and the service was terrible. My entree was missing components and so I sent it back and they still tried to charge us for it. Needless to say we will not be back nor will we recommend this place to anyone. Go here if you want to leave after over an hour on an empty stomach.

Visited in Feb 2017 with Anchorage beer writer Dr. Fermento (incognito). It was a busy Fri night & we had a great time. Excellent beers, superior & VERY friendly service by all the staff - who were quite busy, but seemed to really enjoy their jobs! The food & beers arrived quickly in spite of the busy atmosphere. A definite stop on your "place to to" in Prescott Valley, or on the way to/from Phx to Prescott. Dr. Fermento gives it a great rating, and thoroughly enjoyed the beers too. Good job!!

Had a terrific lunch today at LVB. The special was a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was fresh, juicy and crunchy. The lettuce was cold and crispy, tomatoes fresh, and french bread was fresh, not soggy. Had an amber ale that I had not previously tried but would order again. Service was friendly but professional. The cook actually asked how I liked my lunch, and I gave him a big Thumbs Up. The next time Im in PV, I will return!

went in and had a 32 ounce growler filled, and a 64 ounce growler..had two beers and some bread rolls...88.00 I like doing business locally, but 42.00 for a 64 ounce growler was quite a shock, and 18.00 for the 32 ounce. I like to do business locally, but thats pretty pricy for 96 ounces of beer, even if its good beer. I guess I should have asked before I had them fill the growlers.

The server was very friendly and nice. It was my first time in there and definitely wont be going back. Beware! I had the nachos and the meat was absolutely tasteless and probably about a half a cup or less of meat on it for $10. Ate 3 of the chips and a spoonful of the meat and sent it back an was still charged $4.00! Very poor business practice.

We enjoyed our visit here. The beer was good and the food was good. I forgot to snap a photo of all the food earlier so I apologize for the weak photo of the pizza. The margarita pizza was pretty good, gyro sandwich was dry and lacked in flavor. I also was a little disappointed how crazy expensive the hats were however.

Kind if blah. Great hospitality, but most of the beers were bland. We got a flight of all of them, and ended up paying too much. The porter and red was good. The Chipotle chicken sandwich was decent, but the mac and cheese side was better. (Ps. I am somewhat biased coming from Grand Rapids: Beer City USA).

Wide variety of craft beer and great food. Megan, our server was too notch and handled our party of 11 which had incessant needs and several separate check requests with ease. They have a back room that seats at least 10 people which is great if you have kids. Highly recommend this place.
