Never go here when there is an event going on in downtown Phoenix... I called ahead, and placed a pick up order.. It was just chicken strips.. The girl on the phone informed me that there was a "Special menu" for the week.. They had what I wanted.. But she didnt take my name.. A payment.. Or even a total.. So we hung up.. After I get to the area, and trying to find parking for 15 minutes.. I finally get inside.. I tell her that I was there for a pick up order, and she tells me that the total Is $16.48.. I ask her if she has the right order and she repeats it to me.. "Chicken strips and fries."...... $16.48...For three shriveled.. Dry.. Overcooked strips, and fries... The chicken was so dry, I could barely eat it.. Final thoughts.. It was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy over priced, and just plain bad..

How do i explain what terrible service this place has in 140 characters or less?..Ill start off by saying this was the rudest, ridiculous, downright laughable serve Ive ever had..I just came back from my tour, and my wife surprised me with tickets to a Suns game..we both agreed we would eat here..the reviews on this place seemed fair, so we took a chance..My faith in online reviews have now been shaken because of this armpit of a restaurant..Waited 20 minutes to be seated at an near empty pub, while the cooks and waitresses flirted, and employees walked back and forth passing me and my wife..As if, we were some type of chore waiting to claimed by the unwanted. And one of the absolute worst heads Ive ever seen on a beer..it was more foam then beer..In closing, you SUCK Tilted Klit!!

I had never been to Tilted Kilt before but being half-Scottish, I suppose it was going to happen eventually. Well, it did. Ive seen the commercials, and I know about the "World Famous Tilted Kilt Girls," but never in my imagination would I think this place could blow Hooters out of the water! From the food, to the drink selection, to the HUGE TV screens and more TVs in half the place than Hooters has in its entire restaurant! The women are extremely beautiful, but check this out: 99% of the time, Ive found them to be friendly, GENUINE (Sorry Hooters, but NO), funny, and sweet. Sure, they "work that charm" for the tips, but I can tell when Im being shined on, and when Im getting outstanding service. Ill be back. Many times. I may never go to Hooters again. TK is THAT damn good.

Service was the issue. Food was good. We were not greeted by anyone within the first 5 minutes of standing at the hostess stand. The 1 guy working there in a kilt (runner? Waiter? Busboy?), and the security dude blatantly ignored us. When we were finally seated it took quite some time for a waitress to come to take our order anyway (as if she wasnt supposed to). Then we were served by a variety of servers, as if there was no communication amongst staff. Other patrons stood around on the patio (where we sat), wanting a table, looking at empty tables, but were told that its not open seating and that theyd have to be seated by the hostess. Those tables remained empty, and those patrons remained standing the whole time we were there.

My coworker and I went to the tilted kilt for the 1st time this last weekend (mostly because we know the manager who comes to our office and we wanted to give it a try) it was so much fun and a really great , clean environment! Its right off the light rail which made it easy to have a few drinks and we had a really good time. Wait staff were quite friendly and never made us wait for our drinks. The 1st Suns game is tonight downtown and if you are looking for something to do before or after, give them a shot. Youll be glad you did!!

Bar none the worst place you can find to watch a game in that good luck with the waitresses and hostesses knowing ANYTHING about ANY sports that are playing or any team names. Went there to watch the Coyotes game, even pointed to the TV that the game was on, hostess had zero clue Yes i realize they seem to be there for there skin, but most of the Twin Peaks i go to the ladies seem to know the games, channels, etc I tried this place twice same experience both times.

Their food is mostly covered in tiny green onion pieces. While some people might not mind this flavor, it masks any good flavor that the food underneath might offer. This last time I ate there, it was very difficult to keep the food down as my stomach was trying to repulse it. As for the waitresses, they are nice in general but are also generic looking. Nothing special here except for convenient location for those that brave living in downtown Phoenix.

Ive been here already twice. This newly open sports bar is so cozy and fun to drink and eat. They have many beer and food menu. I especially like Saddam and fried chicken. Saddam is bit spicy but so good with cheese on the top.Oh I love their Chukchi pasta too.Yummy and cheesy! Well, I am definitely coming again. Service is also good. They came to us many times to check on us.Very friendly and sweet!Big screens and games are also plus.

So, why would you list your hours as being open until 11 pm on your website for a weeknight and then have the first thing your hostess tell people as they walk in the door at 10:10 that the kitchen is closed? The D-Backs game just got out and I would think that your investors would want the profits from the post game crowd during the slow summer months. I guess Im mistaken.

Wandering around the Mission one night, we stumbled upon this wine bar and were looking for a night cap. They were technically closed, but upon seeing our group of 5, the owner let us in and served us. There were still a couple people inside finishing up, but otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. We ordered up a bottle of wine to share and had a laid back evening.

Early opening on Saturday and Sunday a huge plus during football season. And they have a breakfast menu. Good TV views from just about every table. Great customer service, solid selection of beers. This location is up stairs above the street, so outdoor patio offers nice views during the evening.

In from out of town and was very excited about visiting. Just my luck I got the new girl on her first night. She was nice but it does take away from the experience. I couldnt even get a description of the local brews or what was on tap. Food was good.

Maybe its me. I dont drink alcohol and I suppose that makes me a leper in places like this. I always get the cold shoulder. This place was BORING! If you dont order alcohol, youre invisible. My work associate was upset that I still tipped her.

Excellent food. Service was a tad slow but it was a Sunday and football was on so its understandable. We were seated right away, the presentation of the food was spot on for a Sports Bar, and the staff was friendly and courteous.
