I was extremely excited when I read the biography of this establishment online thinking I was going to be visiting a "Czech" brewery/restaurant, having been born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic in addition to living in Prague as an adult for an extended period of time. The Czechs have one of the strongest/oldest "beer cultures" in the world in addition to consuming the most beer annually world-wide. The Czechs have also been brewing quality beer since the Middle Ages in addition to being the home of the original Budweiser and Pils beers. I was somewhat surprised initially to get the beer in pints, which is certainly not a Czech thing. Beer is served in Imperial Pints/500mls. A Czech ancestry pride brewery/restaurant and no Pils or Czech lager-style beer on tap? No Czech-specific food on the menu? It did not take my brother and I long to realize there was nothing "Czech" about this establishment besides the Czech Flag and the Dubina Brewery Crest of the far wall. We tried many of the "headless" beers and nothing was a standout for either one of us in addition to the menu being somewhat sparse from what we could see. I cannot speak about the food since we came there to sample the beer and sample we did. From my standpoint and considering the size of this establishment, they have entirely too many of their beers on tap. I would focus on just a few beers and hit out of the ball park with those initially. For the record, everyone was extremely nice and courteous and we wish them the best of luck.

Back in Pennsylvania, my family has a hand-built european-style cross-country ski lodge.Walking in to this place took me back to those snowy nights sitting around the bar: drinking, eating, and hanging with friends. The food was excellent (try the fries!). I also had a flight, and the beer ran the gamut of ratings, mostly good though. The Arrowhead IPA was excellent (much better than the Bell IPA in my opinion). Im not big on sweet beer, but the maple beer was interesting and enjoyable. The stout was possibly my favorite though. Ive always been drawn more to porter than stout, but this one changed my mind. Definitely the best stout Ive had. The only negative about this place is that I found the food to be a little expensive for the portion sizes. It was not unreasonable, but after adding in beer and a tip, the cost would keep me from frequenting this place.

I came here a few months ago with some friends for dinner. I loved the atmosphere and the vibe. I was craving wings, so ordered them with the hop sauce. Apparently the sauce is just Franks, but it was spicier than I thought it would be. There are many other items on the menu that sounded delicious too! I am not a big beer fan, but my friend is. He loves the beer here and his girlfriend and I loved that they had wine too. Overall, good first visit. Would like to come back to try the grilled cheese and bratwursts!

Very disappointed in Dubina. Their website stated the Maple beer was on tap so we drove from Goodyear to 67th Ave in Glendale to get it as its only seasonal, only to find that it was gone along with the blueberry wheat which were the only 2 my wife wanted to try. The waitress could only say... you need to call ahead next time. They had in pen on the bottom of the menu the blood orange IPA was back... so it seems like they have a hard time keeping their beers on tap.

A great local find! Tried their IPA & the house name beer and both were extremely good. These guys know their beer. The IPA is a butt kicker. The place seems to be all about quality with a very good and very reasonably priced menu. I had wings and they were not only fantastic, they were huge. Lots of good things about the place, go have one and check it out, you cant go wrong from what I can see. Thumbs up on Dubina.

Hi everyone. First time here. Great experience. Friendly staff, great food, and spot on fresh brews. I did the spicy gorgonzola burger which was delicious. The hop sauce has a great flavor as a new add on to fries. Tried the beer flight and was pleased by all of them ended on with the ipa. Kudos to everyone involved I will be back!

Great selection of beers and their Slider Trio is really delicious! Bartenders are super friendly & offer great suggestions on beer or food. Great place to go and just talk to patrons there. Has a warm, friendly local feel. Youll want to get a growler to go home with and youll want to go back over and over again.

Microbrews are a must try. Love the blood red orange but it seems to sell out fast. Their microbrews are offered at various places around the Valley but I would recommend a personal visit to the brewery. Great place to see a game and enjoy a beverage. Very friendly staff.

On a scale of one to ten, I give this place an "eh". The food was good, but small portions and a tediously slow waitstaff made this a place that I wouldnt go out of my way to eat at. I tried the blueberry sour beer, didnt like it, but I dont count that against them

Is a nice little spot. Been twice, the food was good. They serve burgers on pretzel buns. The second time I went they were a bit short on beer selection. The beers I have had there were good. The orange IPA is a nice combo of hoppy and sweet.

Good food and beer. My favorite is still the ultimate grilled cheese. Sometimes the beers are hit and miss but Im not the biggest sour beer fan. They had a really good coffee one awhile back Id love to have again.

Very tasty fries, brat and kids slider. The caprese burger was very bland. Its the first time I had sour beer. It was intriguing, but I couldnt drink a whole glass of it. Service was NOT fantastic.

Great food. Service needs lots of work. Sitting here for a long time needing food and drinks. Its like we dont exist. You need to reorganize how you service others. Pay attention.
