My wife and I drove to Chipotle, but the smell Ono in the parking lot and it changed my mind. Such great food. I asked the girl taking my order if she had a recommendation and she responded immediately, get the number 4, Im so glad I listened. Tender juicy meat, great flavor. The Mac salad was so-so but I didnt care after tasting the meat. The service was a touch slow and a bit like going to a fast food restaurant, but everyone was kind. Ill be back.

Worst service ever. After I ordered my food I sat down and watch one of the young women behind the counter take out the trash. She then went back behind the counter and began touching items( forks, napkin, etc.) I asked her if she was going to was her hand since she just taken out the garbage and she said " No, because Im the one dealing with the food". They just lost a loyal customer. This place used to be so good until the new hires arrived.

Way overpriced. As stated, Mac Salad is gross. Confusing, redundant menu. They have a million nauseating options, add ons, combos, etc. that you can customize, edit, swap in, swap out... but when I said I cant drink soda, for some reason they were totally stubborn and stingy - even the owner refused to let me sub it out for ANYTHING ELSE!! Well screw you! Asked for a refund, gave a 1-star review, never coming back.

This particular location sucks. Customer service is very poor and they are very slow. I also believe that they have their meats just sitting there and once we order they just warm it up. Whats worst is that the last couple of times we have been there I ordered the young coconut, and both times its been bad. Never again though this is the last time we come here.

My first Hawaiian BBQ experience, I never do manage to get authentic bbq when I am in Hawaii, so I cant compare. The food was very good, a little heavy for lunch, but a great option to have for those in the area. The place was clean, and has seating outside. In a great little shopping plaza of restaurants which make for a great lunch spot. Give it a try!

I am so upset about my experience.... usually service is great. But today was terrible...I called ahead my order gave my number and when I came to pick up I was told they were all out of chicken and shrimp for the soup I ordered. Then the katsu sauce was empty and all over the counter. Just totally unpleased with service...what happened?!!!

The chicken is good but weird. Lots of sauce. Salty. Great rice though. GREAT prices. I mean, eat here instead of McDonalds for like 5 more bucks and have veggies and leftovers. Good for fast food, but lets not forget the other restaraunts around it like chipotle and smash burger if you are eating in.

If youve ever been to Hawaii and enjoyed the local foods, then this is the place to relive some of those delicious foods. The serve only a franction of the local foods but what they serve is authentic, right down to the spam musubi and macaroni salad. Check them out and youll be back.

Today went to 24th st and baseline and the manager at ono hawaiian bbq was very rude and not helpful at all she messed up my order and didnt want to fix it and refuse to refund my money so i will be calling the bbb and complain about the manager at that business on 24th st

Im from Hawaii. This place is below average compared to similar restaurants in Hawaii. However there are only a few local hawaiian options in the valley and Ono has many franchises which is convenient wherever you are in the valley.

My friends and I walked in and we had never been here before. We asked what something on the menu tastes like and they said they didnt know. She shortly stormed off into the kitchen muttering something under her breath. Im appalled.

Best Hawaiian hands down. Take it from a fat guy who loves food. Kaluah pork is so good. Bbq chicken is also very good, paired with mac salad and rice is a winnimg combo.
